When this AT was first started it was basically a place where like minded people can discuss the show and characters logically. It did not make sense that we all made individual posts and eventually end up spamming the forum with the same thing. We do not condone discussing actors/actresses personal lives. The things discussed within can only be about the show and characters relating to this show. There is nothing wrong in "Bashing" a character but when we start speaking about in individual actor/actress in "real" terms then it crosses the line. As far as calling ourselves "Bashers" is concerned, we did not just decide to call ourselves "Bashers". We were labelled with that name because we refused to relax and accept things the way they were going in our then show. There is nothing wrong with drooling but as we always say, one need not let the drool obscure their outlook on logic. Look we all love to have fun but we need to be careful. I for one will hate if the thread is closed. We can hate the character but not the actor/actress. We can hate the outfit but not the person wearing it. We can hate behavior but not the person. Sorry for rambling on and I hope no one Misunderstands for me 11/20/30/45 days after reading this😆.
At the end of the day we are not "Bashers" per say but we believe in constructive criticism.

Here's what we believe constructive criticism to be:😃
Use the Feedback Sandwich Method
(Talk about strengths, share areas of improvement) e.g. you are a handsome guy/charming lass, I love your smile, you are humble and very kind but when you speak I don't understand a word you're saying.
Focus on the situation, not the person
(Don't attack the person) e.g. you are a great guy/gal but your acting skills are atrocious.
Be specific with you feedback
(The more specific the better) e.g. your feet are beautiful but they smell
Comment on things which can be actioned upon
(not things which are fixed and cannot be changed) e.g. Without that beard/hairy eyebrows and armpit hair you will look handsome/beautiful.
Give recommendations on how to improve
(don't just critique'., be helpful) e.g. You need a shave. Pink and yellow combinations are for girls not boys. or rainbow colors dont sit well always gals
Don't make assumptions
(Focus on what you see and not what you think you know) e.g. I have seen your dancing skills and you need lessons
Don't know what's going on in this thread today because I really don't have the time to go through every comment. Maybe one of the others may look through it. I am looking forward to making new friends in this forum and I hope I am welcomed with "open arms" 😆. Just saw a comment by a MOD and I do hope we can all be peaceful with each other. I love having fun and for the people who are upset at the moment for whatever reasons, I don't know your reasons but life is too short.😃
