Seeing Mallik's predicament today, the above quote reminded me that indeed Mallik's murderous thoughts of avenging Madhu had initially taken the form of bitter words leading to Mallik's (habitual)attempts on RK's life, not once but thrice-----the lust for revenge had so blinded Mallik that he lost sight of the essence of his true character, momentarily transforming him from a loving father to a common criminal ------ almost on the verge of shaping his destiny for the next 10 years, barring RK's timely intervention . RK 's flamboyant entry like a true hero to save the day, and had me saying " yesss" in excitement while the rest of the police station wondering what he was doing there. I loved the way RK stopped Mallik from thanking him by reminding him that they were both motivated in their actions by a single person, gesturing towards Madhu. The love and gratitude in Madhu's eyes for RK was plain for all to see , hence it was only natural that while reminiscing beti/biwi moments, the "Biwi" in Madhu won the inner turmoil between the daughter and the wife , who found it hard to forgive Mallik. The Bhatia's sure seemed to have cornered Madhu , basking in the fact that they had finally gained leverage over Madhu---especially Despo Dips , whose continuous efforts to malign Madhu finally succeeded, especially with an emotionally weak Radhaji. A brilliantly executed, well balanced and enjoyable episode particularly the precap ---which was another "ahaan " moment for me , leaving me eagerly waiting for tomorrow's episode.
