He also told Radha, she has to bear with the mistake (meaning his acceptance of MB) for 14 years. So RK is not letting Madhu go anywhere.

I feel Madhu will be burdened with guilt and she might go from there to make it easy for RK. Like in future, if DIpali does things to frame Madhu and try to harm RK, Madhu might not be able to take all that and might decide to leave.
