I mean really u saved RK, didn't even occurred to Dips that the doctor or Bittu may have told him who saved his life. I mean really how foolish can Dips get . I mean c'mon the over dramatic crying, didn't she even think that RK would not catch on to her lies, which he did by the way.
I think he knew before that Madhu saved his life before she entered the room to visit him. He probably just wants her to admit it herself.
