Possible. He has enough reasons, since he doesn't know the latest happenings in Rishbala's life. How their relationship has evolved and changed.

So as a father, he wouldn't be thinking straight and might act impulsively. He was shown with a murderous look when he was last shown in the episode.

Thats silly, hes just back from the hospital. A man whose bones were broken, and now just recovering attempting murder after coming from hospital sounds ridiculous...cant they think of some other plot !!!

but it does make sense. rk's men made him almost dead..rk married his daughter after humiliating her in fornt of the entire country..rk blackmailed him for money...it all fits.
