I think she came afterwards, she only heard RK telling Dips that she is his wife, Madhubala Rishabh Kundra, madhu is my wife, and that she should not forget it. She didn't hear the threat by dips about twisting their relationship to appear he dumped her and sikki felt sorry and married her.

that is because Dips isnt as good an actress as she thinks she is..lol..and since Seema Mishra has been doing an outstanding job, obviously it was meant to be shown that she didnt act well enough to convince Madhu..
