Afsh good chai pi rahi ho great! I do not drink chai or cofee kabhi bohat bohat bohat jyaada thakan hoti hai tabhi coffee ya my very light chai peeti hoon but mostly I avoid I do not drink tea or cofee

In childhood I was addicted to tea and if I do not drink it then my head used to pain a lot so then jaise badi hoti gayi I conquered on it so no tea cofee now.😊
