For viewers I think they will show as a lip lock.

Because if RK kiss her on cheek or hand what is the big deal. He is a super star. He might have kissed lot of people on cheek or hand even fans , so to insult Madhu or even to do PDA to show the love for his wife in front of media the kiss has to be a lip lock na.

But DD & VD doesn't have to do it in real. Camera angle with camera tricks they will do it and viewers are supposed to see it like a lip lock.
