Makers nor the actors said anything about it. Some source said that and maybe this source was more excited.

Anyways a cheek kiss is also something that should be make a big deal in this show, cos of current relationship and situation of MB / RK. They hate each other , Madhu is forced to marry and all.

So I don't think this indicate it is a lip lock. If it is liplock then it will say directly a liplock sceen is happening in MB, like in ZeeTv show recently and BALH.
