Look why i said screenplay writer is important atleast in madhubala , i have given the reason in the comment.
let me elaborate.
In saathiya, the main story developer is Rashmi sharma , the producer. She comes from creative field and hv directed many episodes of her old unfamous serials too.
In iss pyaar ko kya naam doon, the producers Gul and Nissar are from mass communication field who hv directed dil mil gaye and have work experience under balaji telefilms in past as directors.
So in serials Producer is the main person who shapes the story.
And in madhubala credits u will find in the beginning its written
Story- Saurabh tiwari.
Ok so let me tell u saurabh is making his debut in the creative process for the first time in madhubala . Earlier he used to do management work not write stories for serials.
So how can we expect a person from non creative field to lead the story. He will give suggestions but he will depend on gautam Hedge, his best friend for story.
Just for namesake they will showcase that saurabh tiwari is the story writer but in inside it will be gautam who will make sayrabh dance to his steps because he knows his producer boss is just a name sake story writer.
Look at all other producers , they all have peen directors or story writers in past. Rajan shahi directed jassi jaissi and later became producer with bidaai n yeh rishta kya, Kuch to log kahenge. Even the producer of diya bati ..shashi n sumeet mittal are directors in past. Sumeet mittal himself produces and directs diya bati himself while he looks over punar vivah in other hand.
Biggest creative producer is ekta kapoor who writes concepts n stories for her show. She is not just a producer who finances her serials. She is the creative boss in balaji.
So a producer has to be creative person himself or else how will he guide?? Saurabh tiwari has to depend on gautam for story.
and rangmunch is a third class website. Their articles are too biased and lack freshness. These days anyone can open a website and call themselves a reporter. we can do too. Do u know the ppl in rangmunch before used to write in india forums.later they thought why not start a different website and write articles and attract advertisers to earn money. For me in online India Forums has better netwok in Tv industry and GR8 magazine is the best to read Tv industry news n gossips.
