I think It has got to do with crisper story telling and Vivian's rapidly improvig acting. Boy's been owning it last two days.

Yaar, tum log baar baar yahaan thank you mutt bolaa karo. As for the ratings now, well, its the old rule , right? If you give and deliver what you have committed to the viewers, in all probability , they will stand by you and your show.
