But Mukund said sorry and that is how the conversation started between them. Mukund could have helped them in whatever way he could. Atleast talk to police. He could have delayed breaking the relationship. They were friends before their engagement. Atleast for friendship, that much Madhu deserves.
We don't know what happens in this scene, cos it is not complete. But from the precap it seems it was Madhu who returns the engagement ring, because of what he said.
Yes, Madhu called Mukkund for help to find her father... and Mukkund should reallly have helped her atleast as a return of the favours she did.
But then when Mukkund said 'i am sorry' and we can't be together, etc... I thought he meant that he is calling off the engagement. And what I meant was... that from his pov he is justiified in not wanting to go ahead with the marriage and although it may not be an ideal thing to do, it is still his decision... I didn't think there was any right or wrong about his decision about the marriage... the circumstances (esp his sis too being affected) were such...
