So since the engagement happened, I've been watching this show in "fast forward", basically just to keep up with what's going on - I'm finding all the drama somewhat excessive.
I'm still trying to get my head around a few things and maybe you can help.
- RK is the male lead of this show, right? And while I get that he must have a past/history/baggage that causes him to behave like he does, I'm just not seeing the "hero" in him. He's behaving too much like a villain to me
- Mukund's mom, actress Usha Nandkarni, while a fabulous actress, I really am bored with her. She plays the same role in another show, and this is the same character. I would like to ask her WHY she took this role. I think the creatives should have chosen a different face for Mukund's mom.
- This "love story" that RK has created and sold to the public: It has no substance. So many people were at the engagement, and while no one witnessed what happened in the room when the lights went out, everyone who was there could see that Madhu DID NOT have eyes for RK, her landing in his arms was an accident. Why aren't those people disputing what RK is selling to the media?
- Madhu's last name: why should it be anyone's business? - tooo much drama!
- why isn't Mukund trying to piece the whole thing together and stand by Madhu? I'm still not sure what he believes - that hasn't been clearly defined.

So much more! And just tooo much for me to digest. I'm not yet sure how much I like this show...

Rishabh is an anti-hero. He was never sold as a hero-hero. Only people at the engagement know the truth , not the whole world. Chawl people were the guests and they are supporting Malliks. Madhu had eyes for Rishabh , so i suggest you go back and see last Monday's episode without fast forward.

Ushaji is perfect as the cantankerous Aayi even though her language needs to be toned down.

I suggest you watch a lighter show. Madhubala is way too intense for a regular view and i agree on that.

I too am not sure whether I will like the love that will develops between RK and MB in future. How can any girl love a guy who has humiliated, ridiculed her, her mom and father like Mallick so much. I just don't get where this story is heading.

same thing 😔 ... i personally wont be liking madhu getting feelings for rk ... those who like vivian n drashti jodi will enjoy it ..others who watch it as a story wont be easy to like the love track...
