May be this doubt arised in his mind because madhu calls shamsher maalick not papa or dad..
May be he noticed this and enquired about that..

Well, when he got released from jail, he sent Bittuji to enquire about Madhu...He's a superstar,so thru his money he might got the information what he wanted..😛They didn't show us at that time this thing, they have used it for now..

everyone in chawl knows that madhu is not malik's daughter

and when she was born, her father came in the celebration just to kill them all

..now all the chawl people are linked to film industry in one way or other..so it is not difficult for him to find out..esp when he wants to destroy her completely.

I think everybody in that society must be knowing it (atleast the old people). RK is a superstar he has money and resources. Its not difficult to pull out this information!!
