then come to the IF thread page and select the icon that has 2 triangles and one red dot, and then aff the url address in the box that appears once you click, then press enter twice and you get the image

if you have image on computer go to sites that convert image to url address, i use imgur but there are many and once you get a image url address then you follow the above steps
