Thanks...a very good and much -needed post indeed.
I think many here are under the mistaken impression that it is a youth-based show like the ones in Star One...in fact, someone actually said that she'd expected it to be one in her post.
Just because the two leads were in youth oriented shows doesn't mean all their shows are going to be on similar lines.
Colours,, more than any other channel, subscribes to the hinterland, going by the very rustic flavour of many of their shows...pure romance is not really their forte or their inclination as their target audience is different.
Had MB been shown on the now defunct Star One, its Trps would not have featured even in the first 100 list!

Any show will target large group of audience n not only few..
Hope they understand this b4 posting something soo sensitive tht can hurt fans here
