RK - maybe they wanted to establish a back drop at least (Padmini, Trishna & MB talking and dreaming about RK even when he isn't part of their world - he is that important of a personality in the movie industry)

well with delay the curiosity only reduces,, for me its a great show only if they what spice should be added at hat time...

I agree to some extent . As someone who started watching the show for DD , I'm a tad disappointed that her character isn't as well developed as the other characters . Of the two sisters , Trishna 's character has more layers and more scope for performance ( as of now ) .

Don't get me started on her look . DD fans ka rona since Geet ... The girl is gorgeous but gets the tackiest of clothes in the show .

I think they are down playing Madhu's characters and making DD as blah as possible to reinforce the tag line that "a girl never dreamed of being a actress"!!

hey Ashi ... my only issue for now is overdose of trishna and almost heroine ki choti behan treatment given to Madhu.. i hope they develop her character soon.. about costumes i think its intentional they are making her look this way only to give her a makeover for when she becomes a superstar.

Ok coming to Madhu, I feel Trishna's character has more spark thn Madhu atleast for now. Madhu is very plain just like other good girls of the family in typical indian shows. (atleast for now)
but as you said there should be something significant about her maybe as a actress the most significant thing about her will be she never wanted to become one.

but its no crime in being different from other of your age 😆 many people doesnt like to be under spotlight n fame n wud rather stay a simple happy life. probbaly Madhu is like one of those people 😳

but see the filmy people around her has surly huge impact on her since it was Trishna who slept with RKs photo but Madhu was the one dreamt of dancing with him 😆 filmy effect 😛 😆

and cloths... oh God 😳 we have to wait till she becomes the star. im sure when her journey as a star will start they will give her different hairstyles n more beautiful cloths 😛

even im now impatient because i want to see RK and want to know what situation will lead Madhu being an actress 😕
p.s: i would love to see a attraction-compulsion-repulsion relationship between madhu n RK...

Thanks Tanzie for liking it... i almost agree with what you said, but when the are making everything vocal in Trishna's case then y not madhu? we are only assuming things na that madhu doesnt like films, and is different from her sis.. but did they ever try to show any such conversation regarding to this issue? if its that clear then we shouldnt watch the show and just assume MB has become a star MB-RK got married and having cute little kids.. 😆 and an episode should have a little of all the actors... not just trishna rishna .. they all are junior artists so rather than drooling at RK they could show Trishna watching his shooting etc..
about love story.. it cant be a simple one.. because a superstar falling for a no one is very OTT so it has to have so many twists and turns before they get together.

There have only been four episodes aired after the leap... No point into rushing anything. I find the story well-paced so far.

And now as per promos, Trishna is the link between RK and Mudhubala (and most probably that's how they'll meet).

well what i got from making this post is the forum people cant listen a salty bit about the show, 😆
now coming to your post.. see what irritates me is tha we have had enough of the back ground of the story ,, and i desperately hoped they after leap they'll focus more on madhu and RK.. from first epi Ballu uses trishna as a prop for rifle shooting ok... then they hail to mumbai ,, roma trishna dream for trishan's success in bolly.. for me that was more than enough fo her character and post leap they could have movd on with other things... and its not that i am going to be with this POV forever its my POV for what they have shown till now,, if they make up in future then their wont be any complains 😃

Again this comes down to "show or tell"

If Madhu says that she doesn't want to become a herione, it's boring for the viewers.. If it can be shown through circumstances, the character makes a connection with the viewers and leaves a much stronger impression...

Don't know if I am able to make myself clear... This link maybe will help though it is about writing... The same logic will apply to story-telling through serials.

Another point is, first, they may want to project Trishna as the aspirant (wannabe) heroine who is in the limelight but suddenly that focus shifts to the uninteresting sister - Madhubala who ends up being a star.
