First as per the sadhu baba predicted, if madhubala survives, ballu's life would be miserable. Remember the day madhu was born, tires of ballu's jeep were punctured😲. then he had a very bad toothache. Probably after 20 years of madhubala's surviving, ballu would have lost all his wealth😭. He would become a sadakchaap gunda. 😃

Then when he finds out that famous actress madhubala is his daughter, he will try to make her act in movies so that he could take advantage of the wealth. 😉🤡

About ballu's mommy, i am sure she would be around for atleast some episodes after the leap...
