That's because I'm more afraid of Balraj cold, clear-headed and calculating than the raving growling rabid beast we saw yesterday.
Padmini/Pallavi was superb...I'm happy for the actress that she finally got a stellar role to showcase her talent...her confusion at the sets, her desperation to get away, her sorrow and pain at being rejected by her own bro-in-law and sis and finally reaching the end of her tether seeing her daughter feeding the biscuits to the dogs show the vast gamut of her emotions.
And the little girl...another superb actress in the making...her revelation that it was tomato 'chutney' and not blood was hilarious in its innocence...also the way her face and eyes lit up seeing all those costumes in the vanity van...the poor kid must never have seen anything like it in her palatial home..I felt so very sorry for her.
I like the way they never let us forget Madhu's intangible presence...when Padmini reminds us and Trishna about her in the van...also loved the way she didn't bad mouth her crazy husband to her daughter,
And, Roma was a bonus...hope we see more of her in the future.
