Soni is not married but veers younger bro jeet is in love with her and mahi was in love with jeet b4. She even tried killing herself wen her engagemant brok eiwth him since he thought he was getting engage to soni not mahi
Shabd is related to da khurana family(Durgas family) because his father is durgas bro in law(jija ji-her sis's husband).
Brij Malhotra(Mahi's dad) was in debt to sareen(Shab's dad) To get rid of da debt, mahi tried working for a company n ended up in shabds modelling. There shabd fell in luv with mahi wen she modelled for him, but she still loved jeet.
Shabd proposed to her n she refuse. Then when brij couldnt pay off the debt, sareen was going to auction their house. Then shabd came der n mahi found out that shabd was sareens son, she realzied she could get her fqmily saved from da debt n save their house so she decided to marry shabd. Now they are married. and da malhotras are free of debt.
In the khurana family, Veena(Durgas older daughter and jeet+veers elder sis) Gave birth to a baby girl and her in laws n husband dont want her any more cuz its a girl . She dies and she takes a promise from rajji to take care of her daughter. Rajji accepts, but durga does not approve of this and says she will take care, after numerous careless mistkaes of durga in takin care of da likl child her husband says let rajji take care. To make rajji look careless and look bad, she has her younger daughter jyoti(who also dislikes rajji) to take da baby from its pram wen rajji takes it for a walk.
brij sees jyoti with da baby n hears her talkin to her mom saying i took da baby from rajji n all n ever one thinks she lost it n he taes her back t the house n makes her reveal da truth n in da promoms its shown she blames it on durg an says its her plan n durgas husband slaps her
