Will Raaji see Soni's pic??
Jeet is lost in talking on phone with a pic in his hands and Raaji comes there and snatches the pic on from his hand and sees it.She then snatches the phone from Jeet's hand.She talks to Mahi and tells her that she saw that her bro-in-law was talking to her future sis-in-law and came here to etase you.Its not allowed to chat before marriage.Mahi on the other end is feeling shy.Raaji says she will keep the phone and hangs up.Then she teases Jeet with the pic in her hand and then gives it to Jeet.
(Raaji did not see Soni's pic because it was folded and had Mahi's pic on other side.Raaji saw Mahi's pic and thought Jeet was looking at Mahi's pic.)
Durga,Jyoti and DDD are sitting in the hall.Veer,Jeet and Raaji are going somewhere.Durga asks Veer where is he going?Veer says to buy engagement ring.Durga says then go to Gold mall or Glitter.Veer says that they are going to Deep jewellers,they are Brij's regular jewelleers and hence are reliant.Durga says she hasnt heard of any such jewellers and thr ring for her son'd engagement should be from a proper place.Raaji says they know these jewellers very well and from a long time.And Veer says that they can bring the girl there.Durga tells him that if your in-laws trust those jewellers then there what can be done?Buy something from those jewellers but the ring should be such that it will suit our Class.And Durga and Jyoti leave from there.DD gestures Veer to go ahead and not to worry about his mom.
Mahi,Soni and Prince are looking at a ring and Mahi chooses a ring.Soni tells her to finalise it.Mahi says that let the one who will put it on her finger choose it.Raaji,Veer and Jeet enter the shop.Veer asks how is his sis-in-law.Soni says she is fine,Mahi is busy feeling shy and Jeet is busy looking at Soni😆.Prince says that his sister wants Jeet to choose the ring.
Jeet goes ahead and picks a ring.Prince says he chose the same ring chosen by his sister.(why cant he take Mahi's name?)Jeet feels happy.Veer tells Jeet tp put the ring on her finger as a practice for tomorrow.Jeet is has the ring in his hands.Jeet is alowly walking towards both of them.Mahi is trying to bring her hand up but hesitates.When she brings it up,Veer's phone rings and Jeet turns back.This time Mahi's hand is up but is dis-appointed that Jeet had to turn back.
Veer tells Jeet its mom's phone.Durga tells Jeet that if they cant get the ring of their class then let it be.She is going out so she will buy it.Jeet tells her he has already chosen the ring.Durga's face falls.Raaji has taken the ring and puts it on Mahi's hand while Jeet is talking to Durga with his back to them.Then Mahi removes the ring and Soni takes it in her hand.Jeet turns and is happy to see the ring in Soni's hand.
Mahi and Soni are in the kitchen and Mahi is cokking Suji.Moni and NM come home and ask them what are they doing.
Mahi: I am cooking halwa.
Moni: who told you to?
Mahi: To passify Hitler.
Moni: Hitler who?
Mahi :When i will get married,durga will ask me to cook halwa or kheer like she &nb sp; told Raaji di.I am practising that.I dont want her complaininng that she &nb sp; didnt like it and saying(imitating Durga) "I dont eat sweet".
Moni tells her to have some shame as she is going to get married.Not to use her tongue like scissors.Mahi tells her she doesnt want to listen to anyone once she is married.Nobody will tell her what to do.NM tells Moni to leave the girls alone and let them do what they want to.
Veer tells Raaji he has brought something for her.Raaji asks what?He gets some papers and tells her to take these and write him a letter everyday. And he will reply to them everyday.He says he knows she might think why is he telling her to write letter in this era?He tells her that whenver she will write words on these papers they will straight reach his heart.They will be connected by these words.Then both of them hug.
Mahi is twirling in her room with her dupatta in her hand and Soni comes in and is mesmerised to see her like that.Mahi puts dupatta on hre ehad and is feeling shy.Soni comes and calls her.She asks her what happens in love?
Mahi tells Soni that when you are in Love you feel like talking to that person about everything.About pillows,about weather,about his likes and dislikes.Everything looks endearing to you.You start liking this whole world.Soni is lost in her own world.(dont tell me girl you have fallen for Jeet)Mahi comes and shakes her.Mahi tells her tis her enegagement and she is the one lost in thoughts.Both of thenm laugh.
The phone rings.Mahi picks up the phone.Its Jeet.Mahi gestures Soni to go.Jeet tells Mahi that on phone she talks a lot but when they are together its her sister who talks more.Mahi cant understand what Jeet is talking.Jeet says he called beacuse he wants to see her the way he likes.He tells her he likes her but when you like someone you want that person to look more beautifull.Mahi asks him if he likes her?Jeet says if he will say no will she cancel the engagement?Mahi tells him not to talk like this.She says his such talks will one day take her life.Jeet says not to talk about taking lives.He will tell her what to wear for engagement day.He had seen her at Sharma's daughter's engagement wearing a blue and magenta dress.He wants to wear a same colour dress for engagement.Mahi is still a little confused but agrees to wear it.
Its the engaement day.Soni comes to Mahi's room all ready.Mahi still caant find anything to wear.Soni says the guests have started tricking in and this girl is still not ready.Mahi says she wants a blue-magenta dress and she doesnt have it.
Soni says the engagement is today and you dont ahve the dress?Is the engagement today?Ofcourse it is otherwise why would the guests come.She tells Soni why is it necessary to wear blue-magenta dress.Cant she wear anything els.Even she is wearing blue-magenta dress whats the big deal?
Mahi is irritated and tells Soni she had to wear blue-magenta dress today?And she herself doesnt have one.Soni tells her she has but she will have to give it back.Mahi is very happy to know that.Soni removes the dress from closet and gives it Mahi.Mahi says Thank you.Soni says Mahi will have to return it after wedding.
Mahi takes the dress and goes out on the swing and drapes the dress around her.Then she remembers her conversation with Jeet where he tells her that he had seen her in blue magenta dress.Mahi thinks she doesnt have a dress like that then when did Jeet see her in it?Soni has the dress, i dont then....(Mahi is left thinking)
