Everyone proceeds to the mundap for wedding and Durga reluctantly agrees.She stands there and thnks that until her wish is fulfilled she wont let this wedding happen.Rajji-Veer are going to the mandap when Mahi comes and takes the shoes and Jeet catches it from other side.Mahi looks back and is pleasantly surprised.Both of them are pulling the shoes to their side.Jeet says the tradition is to steal shoes not to snatch them.Mahi gives in.Jeet turns when he feels that the shoes are being pulled again.He looks back and finds its Soni.He looks dumbstruck.Soni lovingly says please to him and he leaves the shoes.
Durga comes and in a begging fashion asks Brij for the thing.Brij has forgotten what it is.Durga reminds him.He says je cannot decide anything until and unless this wedding is over.Naani-maasi comes forward and tells Durga she will herself find a nice girl for Jeet.Its her responsibility now.Mahi looks a little sad.They all get ready for Veer and Rajji's wedding.Durga suddenly starts shouting that she is not feeling well.she asks for her BP medicine.Everyone gets worried and gathers around her.Durga pretends to faint.DD says Durga should be taken to hospital.Jyoti says that Durga gets scared of hospitals.Brij says such a condition should be treated in hospital.Then he tells Prince to call the doctor.Brij suggests Durga should be taken inside.DD tells him he will take care and Brij should take care of the outside.Jeet,Jyoti and DD take Durga inside.
Brij,Moni and Naani are worried since Durga has taken ill.The doctor comes out and tells them that everything is ok and it was just weakness and he gave her vitamins.Everyone feels relieved.
Jyoti is seen sitting next to supposed to be unconcious Durga when Durga gets up and asks her what she is doing and why the fainting?Durga tells her that she even begged in front of Brij but he wont budge.She was doing a favour by asking for his daughter's hand.Now even if he does anything she wont accept his daughter in marriage.Her other daughter is standing outside and listening to all this.Jyoti asks her why she stopped Veer's wedding.Durga tells him its not Veer's wedding but Rajji's wedding has stopped.Durga says now atleast she has made sure that the wedding wont happen as Veer wont take pheras until she is present.The other daughter of Durga feels disgusted after hearing all this.
She sees the worried faces of Brij and Moni and asks everyone why they are quiet?She tells the dholkiwala to play the music.Brij asks her about Durga's condition and she says she is fine and will come out later.She goes to Veer and tells him about Durga fake fainting.Veer gets up from there and ewalks towards Durga's room.
Durga is busy telling Jyoti thats its her own son who is responsible for her condition.She doesnt understand what kindof magic Rajji has done on him.Veer comes inside and Durga is shocked.Veer tells her stop doing all this and not to stoop so low.He tells her that she is his mother and kept him in her womb for nine months.He wont be able to repay this debt for next nine lives.And fater those nine lives for another eighty one lives.He wont be able to pay a mother's debt forever.But in addition to keeping the child in womb a mother also brings him up by teaching him ethics and strenghtens his Conscience.So its because of this conscience he wont wait for her to come to the wedding.If she wants she should come out herself.Durga is stunned by Veer's words.
