April.9th Written Update

Durga, Soni and FIL(sorry guys, this is weird but I just can't remember his name today!) all discussing Moni's situation. Durga and FIL tell Soni to give Moni some money, but Soni doesn't think Moni will like this because of what people will say. Durga tells her not to worry about people, because its their choice what and who they want to spend their money on. They tell Soni they'll convince Moni if theres a problem, but she should give her some money.

Shabd is getting ready for work and Mahi pulls out a vest for him.Shabd goes to the closet and gets a different one and Mahi looks sad. Mahi asks Shabd about breakfast but he refuses. She tells him she's not a rock who will quietly take all this, and he tells her he's not either. She questions why he's bringing Moni into their relationship but he tells her that if a relationship is strong no one can come in between it. He explains its not about relationships right now, it's about morals and Mahi had some when she came from her maayka but now it looks like she's forgotten them. Mahi tells him if Moni didn't take everybody's elses words so seriously then there would be no problem. Shabd tells her "Vah Mahi vah" and tells her only she can do this. He tells her mummyji is their mother and in relationships like this you use your heart not your brain. Mahi gets angry and tells him to come with her so she can show him what her and mummyji's relationship is really like. Mahi drags him out.

In Moni's room, Mahi comes to apologize. She tells her if she ever hurt her in anyways then to forgive her. Moni is confused and Mahi takes out a lot of money and tries giving it to her. Mahi tells Moni this way she'll never have a need to ask them for money, but Moni refuses. Mahi asks her if in her place her son had given her the money wouldn't she have took it? Moni tells her she cant because of "samaj" and it's rules. Mahi tells her to take the money because she doesn't want her to have to hear more things because of money. She takes Moni's hand and tries to push the money to her. Shabd pushes her hand away and tells her to stop it. Mahi yells at Shabd and tells him he's the one who thought she didn't take care of her mummyji and now she'll do it the way she wants too. Moni asks what the problem is and Shabd tells her "is ka damak karab hogeya" Mahi cries and agrees and tells him its all their fault too. Moni reaches out to touch Mahi and Mahi throws her off, and Shabd yells "MAHI" and almost slaps her (oh no!!😭) .

Tayiji comes in and tells Shabd what was he thinking, what will Moni benji think , that this is what they taught their son? (She had to bring herself into this of course). Shabd leaves the room and Tayij begs for Mahi's forgiveness on Shabd's behalf. She tells Mahi she should stay happy because she's going to be a mom soon. She tells Mahi even if there is no one else in the house who cares, (She gives Moni an evil look at this point), but she will always care and shes here for Mahi. She takes Mahi out of the room and Moni is left sad.

Soni comes to the house and asks for Moni. Tayiji tells her where else would Moni go, she is in her room. Soni goes to meet her mom (Tayiji has an evil look again)

Soni meets her mom and looks so sad. Moni asks her whats wrong, but Soni questions her. Moni denies that anything is wrong and asks what brought her. Soni asks her if she's sad that Mahi and her are her daughters and not her sons instead. Moni tells her no, and asks why she's askign these questions. Soni tells her that she considers them her sons, but doesn't let them do the sons farz. Soni takes out some money and gives it to Moni. She tells her that living in her sasural she forgot that she has some farz towards her maayka as well. She tells her it'll make her happy if she keeps it. Mahi walks in and sees them and the money in their hands. Moni and Soni turn around and see Mahi and Mahi quickly leaves.

Soni wonders whats wrong with Mahi, but Moni tells her it's probably nothing and tells her that she doesn't need the money. Moni wonders whats wrong with them and why they are both so concerned about money all of a sudden. Soni goes to Mahi's room and asks her if she's mad at her. Mahi tells her she's only mad at herself. Mahi tells Soni maybe it's her fault that she couldn't take care of her mom and thats why she had to take money from Soni. Soni tells her that it's not her fault, she forgot that she's also Moni's daughter and decided to do some of her farz. Both sisters discuss how they think Moni isn't telling them about a problem that she has. They agree that they will have to find out what the problem is themselves.Soni tells Mahi that maybe she should take Moni with her, and Mahi agrees. Mahi tells her they should share their mom for three months each and each others houses will become their maaykas. The sisters become happy and discuss their plans, Mahi suggests they tell everyone at a resteraunt. Moni watches from outside and smiles. Moni thinks to herself thast she is so lucky she has such good daughters and son in laws but she knows that their sasurals won't be happy with their plans. She thinks here there is Billo benji and there Buaji. Soni leaves.

Funny scene between Lovely Bua and Mickey. Mickey tells her about a guy he found and asks her if he should consider the rishta pakka. Durga and Buaji watch and yell noo when he asks if the rishta should be pakka.

Durga and FIL ask Soni about her visit. Soni tells them their plan about Moni staying 3 months at each of their houses. Durga and FIL agree happily and tell her they should bring her tomorrow. Buaji whose listening from the door looks angry.
