Soni's family go to the gurudwara and mr. khurana asks soni if she remembered to tell shabd and mahi to come. They all go into the gurudwara. (shabd and mahi are there too). cherry comes there too and everybody gets tensed. shabd and jeet go out. shabd asks jeet if he has found cherry's helper. jeet replies that no he hasnt, but he feels that he is really close. jyoti comes out and remarks that its a weird coincidence that the people that we are looking for are closeby but we cant seem to recognize them. jeet and jyoti they both saw the backs of the people that they were looking for, but not their faces or the matter would haven been settled sooner. Jyoti says that i have the woman's shawl that parmeet is having an affair with. the shawl flies out of jyoti's hand and reaches cherry. cherry wonders why her shawl is at the gurudwara. she goes away and both jeet and jyoti figure out that parmeet and cherry are together.
jyoti says that cherry is the one who ruined her marriage. jeet says the cherry's helper was someone from the house. jyoti is about to go and reveal everything but jeet says not to. she says that she will never forgive parmeet and will ruin his life. jeet says that doing that will be foolish. jeet says that i am going through the same thing as you are. you should control yourself. jyoti says what did we do wrong, why do we get punished. jeet says i dont want you to endure this pain, i want you to have patience. jeet says that we have no evidence, we need to plan how we going to trap them. shabd says that jeet is right, they should wait till they spring such a trap that parmeet and cherry cant run. shabd says we need to be careful, they have played before now we will play and they will get their punishment. basically all agree that no one will say anything till we catch them red-handed with all the evidence.
soni is sitting with moni and sees all the sweaters that she has made for her kid. mahi asks moni how do you know if the baby is going to be a girl or boy. moni says stupid, sweaters are made for babies and are not gender-specific. then she hugs soni saying that she cant wait for her kid. mahi asks soni what does she want: boy or girl? soni goes in a flashback where veer would have named the baby sia if girl or aditya if boy. soni, she doesnt care because in the baby's coming the happiest one will be veer.
soni says veer will be very happy. mahi says that i forgot to make food. soni says that i will come with you and moni says why you guys leaving me alone here. i'll come too. durga sees both sisters walking to the kitchen is very happr because she says that after a long time soni is smiling. durga says to moni that soni is more like her daughter and says that soni's sadness seems to never go away. durga says that she wants soni to find herself another guy, so someone will be there to take care of her when they are gone. moni says what are you saying? durga says that i am saying after a lot of thought, but moni says that soni will not be able to give veer's place to anyone. mr. khurana says that we will explain to soni in such a way that she will understand and support her so the society says nothing. moni says who will marry soni. mr. khurana replies that someone is definently out there who will take soni. just then jeet comes and tell them food is ready. durga and mr. khurana have found their man. (wow that took a while).
