Avanti faints hearing all these and Vikram catches her, he gets worried and calls her. While SN tells his men to call doctor and tells that his grandson's life is in danger. Vikram gets angry and tells him that first his wife will be saved and after that only SN's grandson will be saved. SN tells him to be cool and tells him that Avanti is also his responsibility. Vikram carries her in his arms and gets into the house. VW and his mother get worried about Avanti and follows Vikram to his room.

Mean while Taiji ask Yashodhan to call Panditji and give him some money from her behalf and tell him to tell whatever she tells to SN. She tells that she wont allow that child to take birth in Champaran.

Inside the room Avanti is unconcious and Vikram is worried and sitting beside her. While his mother and SIL are in tears. Avanti in unconcious state tells that nothing will happen to her baby, while Vikram assures her that he will not let anything to happen. At night she is lying unconcious and he gives her the medicine and sits beside her slowly moves his hand over her head. He has an FB about the beautiful romantic moments they spend together and tells her that he cant see her in this condition and says I love u to her.

Next day morning Avanti wakes up and saw Vikram sleeping besides her and calls him. He wakes up and helps her to sit. He thanks god that she is alright. He then gives water to her. He then asks her that how can she do this to him, give such a night to him. He cant bear that because he cant live without her. He then ask her to not leave him alone like the previous night. He ask her whether she lost her faith in him? and tells that he can till protect his wife and child. She tells that she will not break down again and will be courageous. He then calls his mother and SIL.

VW and Vikram's mother (VM) enters and ask avanti about her health and gives her a pendent of Goddess Durga and tells her that this will save avanti and her kid. avanti tells them that she is confident and all the ways are not yet closed.

just then pandit ji arrives . taiji tells him to tell whatever she told him to SN.

Then VM is taking avanti to eat something Vikram watches it with a smile. Just then Taiji arrives and they have a silent interaction with each other.
