24th August Mini Update
- Mayank and Sahil make a video where they poke fun at several contestants and the hosts of the show.
- Mihika and Sayongita continue to fight while Mayank, Puneet, Twinkle and Kritika get involved.
- The Lux Khoobsurat Performance goes to Sahil [who performed as a woman] with Mihika on the song 'Ding Dong' from Kuch to Hai.
- The bottom four couples are Twinkle-Puneet, Naman-Bindu, Jay-Rituka and Mihika-Sahil.
- The bottom two couples are Naman-Bindu and Mihika-Sahil. The contestants vote out Mihika-Sahil, which was the original decision taken by combining the votes and scores.
24th August Detailed Update
JAY - RITUKA (Western Sharks)
Video: Rituka and Jay are eating ice cream when they see a little girl who asks Jay for ice cream. Jay buys the little girl an ice cream and she walks away. Shortly after, Jay notices that the little girl is about to get run over by a car. He jumps in front and saves the little girl. Rituka gets mad at Jay for risking his life and thinks to herself that she may be falling in love with Jay.
Performance: 'Khaike Paan Banaraswala' from Don.
Comments and Scores:
Amrita- Lots of fun and great energy. Well done, Jay. She gives them an 8.
Shabana- It was very enjoyable. The humour was enjoyable and Rituka, you were lovely. She gives them a 10.
Zeenat- Jay, you gave a wonderful performance. In the original, we did many re-takes but you gave a 'kamaal' performance. She gives them a 9.

Suvarna announces that she wants to show Jay a video before he leaves. The video shows Jay's previous performance on 'Saathiya' where he received negative comments and scores. In the video, Jay criticizes Vikas's last week's performance and says that Vikas gave a very weak performance where he did not lip sync, forgot steps and used the bands in a sloppy manner. Jay tells the judges that Vikas-Deepika did not deserve such high scores. Jay goes to the extent of saying that many people think Vikas will win the show and if that is going to happen, he says they should make Vikas win. The video then moves on to Naman and Bindu's performance on 'Dil Dooba' from last week. Jay says that 27 marks for Naman and Bindu's performance does not make sense because he felt their performance was the weakest. Jay says he will not name anyone but believes that some people are influencing others (Shabana is shown commending Naman's performance). Jay says that the judges know he is the best and are purposely giving him low scores so the judges can support the contestants from their own zones. Jay says that his performance should not have received the lowest scores because many contestants came to him and told him, his performance brought tears to their eyes. Jay ends by requesting the judges to judge fairly and on the performances. On stage, Jay says that he usually stays quiet but felt the need to speak up this time because Vikas-Deepika's performance did not deserve such high scores. Jay apologizes to Mahesh to, which Mahesh interrupts and says that he is ashamed Jay is a contestant from his zone. Shabana says she has been working for many years and knows a little bit about acting and intensity, perhaps a little more than Jay. Shabana says that the judges are there to judge and Jay should not fear that the judging is biased or fixed. Vikas speaks about his previous performances and says that there are times, he felt he did a good job. However, Vikas says that when he watched the video of his performances afterwards, he realized that Naman's performance was more entertaining. Vikas says he wants to learn from the judges and respects them. The camera zooms in on Jay who rolls his eyes at Vikas's comments. Jay responds that gimmicking is not the only form of entertainment and dramatic, emotional performances can be entertaining too. Jay takes Mihika as an example and says Mihika told him that their performance was nothing in front of Jay's. Shabana interrupts and asks Salil for her and the benefit of the viewers, who the judges of the show are. 👏😆 Shabana tells Jay that this is enough but Jay does not stop talking. Naman speaks about Jay's previous performance and says that when Jay finished his performance, Naman told him that he was ten times better in rehearsals. Then, Jay replied and said he was tired and weak and therefore, did not have the same amount of energy. Naman tells Jay that he should not criticize other people's performance and argue with the judges if he receives low marks. Shabana corroborates and says they can rewind the tapes because Jay said that he did not feel well out loud in front of everyone. Naman then says that Jay's concept in the performance was good but he did not do much dancing. Jay becomes annoyed and tells Naman to stop behaving like his mother. Naman says he is not trying to act like Jay's mother but only trying to be a good friend. Jay and Rituka are declared unsafe.
VIKAS - DEEPIKA (Northern Eagles)
Video: Vikas and Deepika are still in the park talking and flirting. Vikas tells Deepika he loves her smile. Deepika leaves the park and is about to get run over by a car when Vikas saves her. Deepika thinks to herself that if Vikas keeps saving her for her entire life, she will keep getting herself into dangerous situations.
Performance: 'Sholon Si Sholon Si' from Shabd.
Comments and Scores:
Mahesh- The dance was very nice. The finishing was superb. He gives them an 8.
Zeenat- I liked you better on stage rather than on screen. Deepika, you were excellent. She gives them an 8.
Shabana- There is a huge improvement in Deepika. She gives them an 8.
TOTAL SCORE: 24
Vikas and Deepika are declared safe receiving the highest amount of votes.
KRITIKA - MAYANK (Central Cheetahs)
Video: Someone is tapping on Kritika's window while she sleeps. Kritika wakes up and opens the window to find Mayank. Mayank enters Krtika's room and tells her he loves her. Kritika is shocked.
Performance: 'Door Se Paas' from Musafir.
Comments and Scores:
Shabana- I liked Mayank in the video. Kritika, I did not feel you were terrified in the video. She gives them a 7.
Mahesh- I liked the dance and the energy. Mayank, you enjoyed yourself and it was beautiful. He gives them an 8.

A video is shown of Sahil and Mayank doing the 'Sahil and Mayank' show where they make fun of the various contestants, hosts etc. on the show. Their first target is Vikas and Deepika. They make fun of the way Vikas constantly complains that his story and script has been changed. Mayank mimics Deepika who says she loves to do aerobics even with a bad ankle. They then flex their biceps and ask for votes. 😃 The next target is Jay who they say always makes weird faces and screams when he gets high scores. Sahil and Mayank target Bindu who they say always wears a crown and cries repeatedly. The next contestant to be targeted is Sayongita concerning her seductive dance sequence with Chetan in one of the older episodes. Next, Twinkle and Puneet who are both arrogant and Twinkle "haraams" or disturbs the sleep of the others. The hosts are poked fun at, in particular Suvarna who has to do many re-takes to get her lines correct. Finally, Sahil and Mayank act out the big fight between Chetan-Twinkle-Puneet. The video ends with Sahil and Mayank making fun of themselves. After the video ends, Suvarna asks Sahil and Mayank to make fun of the judges. Mayank makes fun of Mahesh who he says sleeps throughout the entire show and wakes up to say 'very good, very good.' Zeenat is next who they make fun of when she wants her central cheetahs back 'emotionally.' They also comment on Amrita's enriched vocabulary which consists of 'pukao, bored, ham acting' etc. Sahil and Mayank do not want to make fun of Shabana but Shabana insists so Mayank makes fun of how she uses such big words all the time. Salil announces that Kritika and Mayank are unsafe.
TWINKLE - PUNEET (Central Cheetahs)
Video: Puneet and his friends are sitting and talking about an upcoming party. One of Puneet's friends asks if Twinkle is coming and Puneet replies that 'bhen jis' or sisters do not come to these type of parties. Twinkle comes dressed in a halter top and mini skirt. All the guys on campus cannot stop staring at her. Twinkle asks Puneet how she looks and Puneet says she looks hot. Puneet touches Twinkle's face and Twinkle pushes him and walks away. The video ends when Puneet says he likes her.
Performance: 'Mere Dholna' from Bhool Bhulaiya.

Amrita- Twinkle, you are a very graceful dancer. Puneet, classical dance is not your cup of tea. In the scene, I found you quite expressionless Puneet and Twinkle, you slightly over did it. She gives them an 8.
Mahesh- You chose a hard song to perform to and you did a competent job. He gives them an 8.
Shabana- Twinkle, you've got what it takes so nurture it carefully. Puneet, we've seen you give enough of the attitude, we need to see something else from you. She gives them a 9.

A video is shown of Mayank and Puneet. They knew each other before the show and are good friends. Mayank says he may vote out Puneet if he does not perform well. Puneet says he will not vote out Mayank because he is a good performer. Puneet also says his friendship with Mayank is life long. Mayank, on the contrary, says Puneet is a good friend but life is unpredictable, so he does not know how long their friendship will last. Mayank says Puneet is not his wife or something that they will be life long friends. Mayank comes on stage and hugs Puneet. Another video is shown [from last week] when people comment on Twinkle-Puneet's return to the show. Mayank says their return was unexpected and they came back for their self-interest. Puneet shows a lot of attitude saying he is happy to see the fear on the faces of other contestants. Mayank says that Puneet will not grow up and act maturely. He also says that no one is afraid of Puneet. Mayank says he has been here from the beginning but Puneet has come and left and has not done anything extraordinary in terms, of acting and dancing. On stage, Puneet tells Mayank that Mayank should have said all this to his face. Mayank says they are still friends and tries to hug him but Puneet steps away. Mayank walks off stage and tells everyone to laugh at what is going on. Puneet says they should laugh at Mayank, the joker. Mayank rushes back on stage and pushes Puneet. Mayank walks back to his seat and Puneet pushes him from behind. They both resort to verbal insults. Sayongita interrupts and says her performance is next and Puneet and Mayank can fight afterwards, when the show is over. Puneet tells Sayongita to sit down and he does not need her suggestions. Mayank takes the microphone from Sayongita and finally ends the fight. Twinkle and Puneet are declared unsafe.
CHETAN - SAYONGITA (Central Cheetahs)
Video: Sayongita overhears her father telling her mother that Chetan does not love her and is only acting as her body guard. Chetan comes with a bouquet of flowers for Sayongita but Sayongita refuses to talks to him and slaps him. Chetan tries to pacify her but Sayongita does not listen. Chetan leaves the house and back in her room, Sayongita cries and throws a picture of her and Chetan out the window. Chetan sees her throw the picture as he is about to get into his car.
Performance: 'Jag Soona' from Om Shanti Om.
Comments and Scores:
Mahesh- I felt this was one of the weakest performances today. Sayongita, you made a lot of faces. He gives them a 6.
Amrita- Sayongita, you make too many faces while acting and dancing. You have to control your face and you are beginning to take away from Chetan. You are damaging him. She gives them a 7.
Shabana- Chetan was very good in the scene and the dance. Sayongita, I have seen you do better. She gives them a 7.
TOTAL SCORE: 20
The TATA Indicom phone call is from Radhika for Chetan. She asks Chetan whether his angry, young man persona is better than his cool dude persona or vice versa. Chetan replies that his anger hurts himself and his family so he has learned to relax.
A flashback video is shown of Mihika and Sayongita's fight last week. Off stage, Mihika and Sayongita are talking and Mihika says that Sayongita behaves rudely with both the cast and the crew of the show. Sayongita then says that she did not interact with Mihika at the party because Mihika was 'talli' or drunk. Mihika says there was no need to bring up the party issue and Sayongita rubbed Mihika the wrong way by doing that. Sahil says that Sayongita is fake and needs to be brought down to earth. Mayank also says that Sayongita plays games and says something about one person and another thing about another person. Mayank says Sayongita tries to create fights between contestants. Puneet also says that Sayongita tried to create a fight between him and Mayank. Kritika says that she has seen Sayongita tell the dressman and her that if she does not receive her dress in two minutes, she will swear at and insult the dressman. The video ends with Mayank saying if Sayongita continues to play games, she will not be able to win the competition. Suvarna notes that Karan Patel said that if one or two people say something about an individual, those two people may be wrong but if several people say something about an individual, then that individual must be wrong. Suvarna says seeing all the contestants' opinions, it seems that Sayongita is wrong. Sayongita says she does not need to prove anything to anyone and if people think she is playing games to win the competition, they can think that because winning is very important to her. After seven to eight years of struggling, Sayongita says she will do anything to win. Mayank says there should be ethical behaviour on the show and Puneet tells Sayongita to stop creating a 'sati savitri' image. Chetan interrupts and asks why they are speaking of things going on outside the show. Sahil says that Sayongita was flirting with him and Chetan says, so what? Sahil says he has no problem with someone liking him but he does not like how Sayongita does not openly express her feelings. Mihika starts to curse and swear when Shabana tells her to watch her mouth as she is representing her family as well. Mihika asks Sayongita why she brought up the party issue. Sayongita says she did not and just wanted to clear the issue. Mihika says that Sayongita told her at the party, that she does not behave like this [consume alcohol, smoke etc.] in front of her parents. Sayongita defends herself and says that she was misunderstood. She takes Puneet as an example and says that he will not show the finger to his dad like he did on stage. Mihika says the reason she called Sayongita the 'b' word was because Sayongita called Mihika that when she spoke to Mayank. Puneet supports Mihika and says Sayongita is fake. Sayongita says her personal life should not matter to other contestants. Chetan tells both the girls to shut up. Suvarna tries to move on to the next topic but Mihika says she would like to once and for all tell everyone what Sayongita said at the party. Mihika says that no matter how 'talli' or drunk she is, she will never tell any man 'baby, take me home' like Sayongita did to Sahil. Mihika asks Kritika if this is true and Kritika nods her head and says yes. Mahesh says what sin did Sayongita commit if she wants to sleep with. Shabana asks Mihika what the purpose of her outburst was and Mihika replied that she would not have brought up the issue again if Sayongita had not spoken filth against her in the media. Mihika said that Sayongita went to the extent of calling Mihika's behaviour staged and for TRPs like the rest of the celebrity contestants. Twinkle takes the microphone from Mihika and says that celebrities like Chetan do not need to do this for TRPs as they are established actors. Twinkle also states that she is working in the top television show in India and also did not walk out for TRPs. Zeenat interrupts everyone and says what matters to the judges are performances and the personal lives of contestants should remain personal. Sayongita starts to cry and says she want to Mihika and asked 'sister, what happened?' 😆 Mahesh tells Mihika to stop criticizing other contestants as she will get criticized as well. Salil announces that Chetan-Sayongita are unsafe and Sayongita says she hopes they get eliminated today.
NAMAN - BINDU (Eastern Tigers)
Video: Naman announces that Bindu is the new fresh face of the year. He gives her a crown and Bindu begins to give a speech. Bindu says she wants to thank her 'Naman sir' without whom she would not be here. Bindu starts to cry and Naman consoles her but accidentally calls her 'bevakuf' etc. Bindu hugs Naman.
Performance: 'Just Chill' from Maine Pyar Kyun Kiya.
Comments and Scores:
Amrita- Bindu, you look very beautiful when you cry but your voice does not back you up. Bindu, you should work on your dialogue delivery. Naman, you were not up to form today. She gives them an 8.
Mahesh- Bindu is one of the best actresses in the show. Naman, tell me why you were lip syncing for the male and female portions of the song. He gives them an 8.
Zeenat- Bindu, I liked your expressions on screen. The dance was energetic and nice. She gives them a 7.

Suvarna declares Naman and Bindu unsafe and says there are a total of five unsafe couples.
MIHIKA - SAHIL (Northern Eagles)
Video: Sahil tells his mom that Mihika really loves him and will sacrifice his business for her. On the other hand, Mihika is shown telling her dad that she will never risk losing her business for Sahil. Sahil admits he has started to love Mihika but Mihika says she will never love Sahil.
Performance: 'Ding Dong' from Kuch To Hai.

Shabana- Both were very, very good. Congratulations. She gives them a 9.
Zeenat- Sahil, I liked you very much. On screen, for the past two weeks, I find you both strained. She gives them an 8.

Sahil and Suvarna announces that six couples are in the bottom four with only one couple safe.

The bottom six couples are called on stage one by one. Kritika-Mayank and Chetan-Sayongita are declared safe. Twinkle and Puneet are safe after Twinkle says that she believes 1000% that the Indian audience will not vote her and Puneet out. The bottom three couples are Jay-Rituka, Mihika-Sahil and Naman-Bindu. Jay and Rituka are eventually declared safe. Twinkle and Puneet decide to vote out Naman and Bindu. Kritika tells Mayank to choose and Mayank chooses to vote out Naman and Bindu. Jay and Rituka vote out Mihika and Sahil after Jay tells Naman he loves him. Vikas and Deepika vote out Mihika and Sahil. Finally, Chetan and Sayongita become the deciding factor in the elimination and Sayongita votes out Mihika and Sahil. Mihika and Sahil are eliminated and they remain positive and gracious. Suvarna and Salil announce that there will be a wild card entry next week. A video is shown of Mihika and Sahil commenting on their elimination. Mihika says the most precious thing she will take away from this competition is Sahil.
