Over a month after the show ended and I'm still reeling over the Prithvi Saxena effect.

A character like Prithvi Saxena comes only once in a blue moon and leaves an indelible mark.
Prithvi Saxena , the protective family person. He becomes the anchor, the support for whoever gets close to him. His silence speaks volumes and his words carry much weight. He's always there to lend support, unasked. They don't make guys like him in real.
A look here, a glance there - that was all that he betrayed and yet we understood him. A very difficult character to portray even for an actor who is similar in nature. But knowing GK's outspoken personality, it makes his makes his effort so much more commendable. Played by any other actor, the character might have fallen flat and been reduced to just a wannabe. But GK was simply brilliant in his depiction of the guy whose one look spoke more than a dozen lines.
Be it his hesitant longing for Damini, those lost-in-you stares, the despair at his father's death, anger, guilt, happiness, conflicting feelings, happiness - such a wide range of emotions expressed vividly, yet with great restraint.
I had known GK as an actor before but it was as Prithvi Saxena that I became his fan.
Thank you CVs for creating and shaping his character and thank you GK for bringing him to life like no one else could have. It's been a pleasure and privilege knowing Prithvi Saxena.
