Sam/Jai is in the hospital with veggie mom..and he thinks about what Prithvi said to him about marriage when they came to know Avni was pregnant..Avni is calling Sam but he doesnt pick up he ignores the calls.and then when he picks up Avni says she knows he is mad..just come back now will say anything to him..i know i shouldnt have said it everyone like that infront of the world.Avni says please dont leave me.Sam says don't ever call me again after today..Forget me...Avni is shocked..
Sam says i know I'm doing wrong with you Avni but I have no regret..i have to do this for mom and dad..Avni is heartbroken and she thinks about all the promises Sam made to her.the wind blows down her and Sam's picture...She picks it up and cries..She hugs it..and then she remembers his betrayel..She picks up a piece glass from the picture..she remembers how hurt her mom was after she came to know.but she says she will not let her mom suffer for her mistake..She says she will fix everything..
Sam enters her mom's room..He comes and sits by his mom..He says i did whatever do make ila suffer. Just like she made us suffer.and i dont care how i did it..but i caused her daughter pain just like she cuased us pain..Avni will be helpless her entire life just like her mom left us..Inder comes and says your right..he says thats what you call tit for tat.Sam says why are you here..i came to meet you as friend.but more i came to compliment you..you make me proud..Ila deserves this even worse.. Inder says after what you did consider me your friend..i know your brother doesnt agree with you but..Sam says dont you dare talk about my brother..Prithvi calls but Sameer ignore..Inder says from now on if you need anything just tell me..it will be done in a minute..and Inder leaves..
Prithvi says to Varun how could Sameer do this after i told him not to..He has lost respect in my eyes for himself.. Varun says im happy mom and dad are not with us cause they wouldnt be able to bear what Sameer did..Prithvi says I'm alive and i will never forgive Sameer for what he did..didnt he think what will Avni go through..Varun says I'm with you..Sameer was wrong..Prithvi says didnt Sameer think what is Avni's fault and what is the kid's fault..and the kid is our blood..
Rosh comes to meet Avni..and Avni hides the piece of glass.Rosh says are you ohk..i came to see if your fine..Avni hugs Rosh and says I'm fine..don't worry much about me..I was going to mom i wanted to talk to her.Rosh tells her she went to sleep... I want to see her once..and Rosh gets shocked.Avni says I mean i want to say sorry to her once..Avni tells Rosh you are really nice and now you have to be more strong..Take your decisoions yourself and never become weakat any point of your life.and now you have to take care of mama.. Rosh says why are you talking like this..Avni says just like that..Avni says remember one thing i love you alot..Avni leaves..
Avni comes and sits by her mom..Ila is asleep..and says i know you all love me alot and i broke your trust i hid the truth from you..and I'm sorry..You had to see this day because of me..but tomorrow morning everything will be fine..no one will question you..it will be like before..Avni gets up and touches her mom's feet and leaves..
The doctor comes to Sam and says you mom can be cured..just let the reports come and we will start the new treatment...Sameer says everything will be fine..once mom is fine..we all will go to Minali.. Sameer says i know Prithvi bhaiyya doesnt agree with me but i am your son..he holds his mom's hand...
