Abhi is nice !!!!!!! - Page 5

HI Guys... Some ppl here might know me as a die hard Gaurav's fan and i just want to add that I started watching the serial; ONLY FOR GAURAV and will quit the show if he leaves the show!!But i wanted to post some thing i felt and will try not to be biased! 😉
I have read all these pages and just want to point at a few important things and let evryone comment on my observations!!!
Stage 1.: Djs had approached Gaurav for Rajveer's character when they conceived the serial but Gaurav had BOMBAY CRUSH commitments so he cudnt do it & left for South Africa for 5 -6 months!If he had taken up this role... things wud have been entirely different!!
Stage 2 : Rajeev got the role and has been establishd as THE PERFECT HERO!!Someone who can do no wrong!!
Stage 3 : Gaurav enters the show after about 10 months of its successful running and Suddenly All Rajveer fans turn against him??? 🤢 ... I beg to ask WHY??He came as Raj's best frend , they play & Chat and have fun but All Rajveer fans are against him?? WHY???I might be biased here,but I think it was because they cud not tolerate some1 else running or being important in the serial who is a hunk to look at, has amazing voice, acts really well and simply emotes the character......He entered amidst talks of Raj leaving ....so was opposed even further!!If there was nothing else , then every1 fumed at his hair!! 🤢 He has justified his long locks but time and again is being reprimanded for it... wot with HUda and Ali being cadets who sport bangs covering their entire forehead and even eyebrows!!
Stage 4: As the story focuses on Abhi being victimised, even these nice cadts turning mean to him.... some Rajveer fans sympathise and then actually realise Gaurav's talent at Abhi's characterisation display.
Stage 5 : Abhi and Raj are shown as rivals and tense rivalry creeps among Gaurav and Rajeev fans!!! WHY ??
This is lack of justification on the part of the script that a temporarily posted Captain becomes the VICE PRINCIPAL??? He was officially on a mission to probe Naveen's death and the mystery of the Red Box but Raj wakes up to start looking for it as & when he pleases and inspite of being a loyal and honoured faculty member of this KMA breaks its very rules and goes for a meeting without informing any of his seniors.So here Raj does not consider Abhi as either a VP or his frend who was supposed to be on the same mission!!! Abhi was just seeking an explanation , but Nair cornered him and actually Nair punished Raj!!
Nair is the one who is trying to get Raj killed and in fact Aalekh also has nothing else to do but to instigate Abhi's complexes against Raj!!! Abhi in fact resolved Raj Naina tiff and she sobbed endlessly in his arms....but is the one chosen to start a rebellion against him??? 😕So everyone has nothing to do except turn against him !!Even Raj , who is very sensible , does not bother to discuss things out with him ....
AND Raj , the so called mentor of these cadets , is planning a revolt in the Academy??? 😡 .Where is the discipline he has imbibed in the cadets??? ( or the lack of it??)
In a nutshell , I think LRL is just going the senseless Indian Television standard way ... be it Ekta Kapoor or Djs!!
So tell me... why shud fans fight and poison the forum's atmosphere??We probably discuss so many angles to the script and the characterisation , which i guess even the script writers are not bothered to think about!!

VIPIN...to sum up my view...i would say there has been veritable jerks in the concept ...at times things hv been altered without vision & at times there has been injustification to characters ..sometimes for the sake of adding flavours to the show, sometimes for the sake of glorifying the leads..(coz in indian tv..the leads are someone who can't think wrong, do wrong & i don't say this erroneous because shows are made for th ppl ..so obviously they hv to show things which audience like or want to see)..and if the Gaurav had been the lead of the LRL & he were rajveer....things would hv been the same.

as for being against ABHI...u or me or anyone can't say that abhi was justified everytime. he did somethings very good..like how he completely changed naina's prolonged feud towards raj..and how he himself struggled with his determination to punish navin's killer..(though he could hv got raj punished..but he went against his own nature of justifying homicides..and justified raj's act to shot naveen.)but at this time he was not held guilty of undermining his ideologies or for working against his nature. he was not going to be benefited by solving raj-naina vendetta..but still he did ..when at that time..no question was raised that why he relaxed his ideology.

but then when he underwent his turmoil..he did things against his nature & ideologies. he played aggressive ..ultimately hurting his friend & a cadet..and it generated a strong rage against him. even i don't say that what he did was right & ethical..but my arguements were against the views that anhi is violent or abhi is immature. doesn't that means ..a character is being judged as per the convenience.

doesn't ppl behave against their nature? doesn't they do things against their ethics..? yes..they do..and that's what make us a complete human being. being aggressive sometimes doesn't mean that u are violent, being emotionally weak doesn't mean that u r immature..this is a genuine process of life..everybody's life. 😊

no body is against rajeev or gaurav. both r brilliant actors. i love both of them equally. but u know what guys - this is just a disussion forum. we r just members - some of us friends too though we have never met in real life. here we r discussing characters. they r only fictional but what they do - some of us have done it in real life. so whether u r a gaurav fan or a rajeev fan is not important. we r here to analyse the roles they play - their positive and negative aspects and give a totally honest and unbiased analysis.
it is only when forum members start considering each other as fans of the actors - problems arise. we start segregating ourselves not as imaginative and creative writers but as a gc fan or rk fan - and things tend to get personal - people fight and leave. the whole thing is totally absurd because at the end of the day it is just a serial. and half of us who have never met each other face to face r taking the whole thing personally and fighting - not logical at all.
what i would like to say is whenever u'r posting or replying to a topic don't look at from the view of being a fan of an actor. think of it as the character or role they r playing. put u'r self in that role and see what u do. and write it. that's all. after all no man is perfect everyone has a positive and negative side and we r just here to discuss if positive why and if negative why and what should be done to make the character more perfect. this is fiction and fiction only and we r just expressing our thoughts because we r never able to implement them fully in real life.

And Shweta, Now it occurs to me that all Gaurav's efforts are futile coz if Rk fans cant justify Abhi's mannerisms or 'metamorphosis'....
Instead of defending GC , i want feedback on following observations...
Being Best of friends..... Wen did Rajveer show his side of loyalty... in the Game- Room where he did not even acknowledge Abhi's presence? In front of Nair, where he broke rules and did not bother to confide in his "frend" but expected him to override his newly attained VP status and help Raj???? 🤢
And lastly.... in his solitary confinement where Abhi brought him food and tried to comfort him .... but in turn he warned ARC , of cadets action!!!
As a mentor... he is inviting INDISCIPLINE & REBELLION in his academy against his" BEST FRIEND"???

dear vinnu this is just a misunderstanding betn raj and abhi and i think it has been residing in their hearts for several years. may be it is due to their backgrounds. both have influential people behind them like gehlot and abhi's father who is a king. raj thinks it is abhi's princely status that has helped abhi to do as he likes - like growing long hair, and a few bit of luxuries. and abhi thinks raj gets away with everything including killing naveen because of gehlot. no one can touch rajveer even if he does 100 khoon. that's what abhi said to raj in one of the previous epis. plus raj is not happy that abhi did not stand up for alekh while he was being beaten up so perhaps he ignored him. then the cadets comparision of abhi and raj and major nair's mind poisoning of abhi - all these things lead to the misunderstanding betn them. that's all. though i find these things silly - yeh using cadets for revolt sab kuch rubbish hai!! as teachers both r supposed to be more responsible and sort out the differences betn them without involving any third party.
