The principal (Brig.Chandok)& Vice principal(Maj.Nair) of KMA did nt change since navin's days .May be at least for 5 to 6 yrs.That means they did nt have this appraisal for those yrs.May b thats why nobody mentioned it as the faculty remained unchanged for such a long time.Now as the VP became the principal they will have to choose a new vp. 😊

Yes, but Suriji said that they have it each year....so it's not possible that they didn't have it for so many years..They didn't change the Principal and VP because if you change them frequently, there will be no stability left...a simple principle of management😉
