sorry i cant catch the whole episode.but they said that they r just frens in reallife.and abt their onscreen relation i think they asked the question how huda will propose naina and they said that in onscreen huda has less options and then they asked abt their offscreen relation.and they asked priyanka i think abt valentine r something i cant understand and she said she had several options rajeev,arjun,harshad i dont remember she mentioned abt vikas r not like may be anyone propose her or something like that and she may say yes(sorry im not sure abt this she said all this names i think related to this only)u can clarify it by seeing tom recap.
