I think Dr. Ritu might be the Spy or companion of the spy.

So I think the Lady in Navin's life might be Dr. Ritu who would have trapped Navin in her 'Prem Jaal' to destroy him. Remember Navin was on the same task as Cap. Rajveer. If she is the Spy she is trying to do the same with Cap. Rajveer

omg i had the same thoughts.........i was thinking the exact thing ....Dr.Ritu does look suspisious....and i do feel she playing the same game with Captin Rajveer

but u no..i dont think ritus playin a negative role..
even i think shes d woman in navins life...but i think d terrorists threatened 2 kill her, which is y navin was forced 2 do wat he id..
n ritu is now in academy 4 d same reason as naina...2 find out y navin did wat he did..
remember, ritus new here..
as 4 d spy..it culd agn be ritu 😕 ...but m confused bout dat part.. 😕 😕

if terrorist threatned Naveen to kill that woman then it can be Dr shalini 😕.but i m 1000 % sure its Ritu may be she didnt meet other facality members like Suriji couldnt meet her

it cant be Dr Ritu...bcoz they all thre party for her and they all seen the girl in navins life so no.. it just cant be her and i agree with coolgirl_13 i dont think Dr, Ritu is playing a negative role...

Somehow I disagree coz agar she was d 1 in Navin's life & she genuinely luvd him to woh itne pyaar se Raj pe line nahin maarti!!!!!!!Wats say????
