Lavanya asks the journalists to be sensitive in their questioning. She convinces Amrita that maybe someone will come forward and help us. Amrita tells Mala, the aaya, to make sure that Sanya doesn't come out of her room.

Prateek asks journalists to respect their privacy and apologizes for the way he reacted. Amrita requests the kidnapper not to do anything.
As the media are leaving, Prateek says that he hopes it's enough to address the business concerns to Lavanya and Amrita is shocked. Lavanya says that we need to take care of shareholders as well. Vivan and Sonali were listening. Vivan offers to help through his college, but Prateek tells him to keep out of it and Sonali drags him away. Lavanya tells him to calm down. Prateek gets a call and he gets angry at the lady calling and hangs up.
In Vivan's room, Sonali tells him not to do this as everyone is still very angry at him and no matter what he does everyone will think his intentions are wrong. She adds that he won't leave his room. Vivan starts searching his room for drugs. He takes some and relaxes. He opens a card and sees Trisha in front of him who is saying she is shocked over what happened between them and adds that it won't work out because they are cousins. She disappears and Vivan throws the letter in anger before collapsing on his bed seeming to cry.
Downstairs, Amrita is pacing the floor calling ACP Kabir. Just then Sanya comes down and asks who came there. Sanya asks where is Trisha and why she's staying at her friend's house so long. Amrita tries to convince her that Trisha will be back soon when a servant says that someone has come to meet her. Mala takes Sanya away and Amrita goes out to see ACP Kabir waiting for her. ACP Kabir says "Koi mahaurat socha hai yah aisi hi chalen." Amrita is happy that he'll include her in the investigation. He adds that he needs her help.
Nikhil is walking down a parking lot somewhere when Gaurav grabs him from behind. He demands to know why Nikhil is trying to tell everyone everything at this time. He adds that because of him he'll lose everything and be kicked out of the house. He threatens Nikhil that he won't let him do anything at any cost. Nikhil just laughs as Gaurav continues threatening him. Nikhil tells a man that everything is fine. Nikhil tells Gaurav let's deal with this in the apartment instead of the public.
Amrita and ACP Kabir are in Amrita's room searching every nook and corner. Then Amrita says she doesn't know where Trisha keeps her locker's keys. Sanya says she knows. Amrita asks and Sanya looks towards the jar on the wall. Amrita pulls out the keys. Sanya asks ACP Kabir who he is. Kabir bends down in front of Sanya and shows her some magic making her smile. She says he really knows magic and asks if he can do big magic and bring back Trisha. Kabir and Amrita's smiles face. Sanya says she is missing Trisha and calls Kabir Magician Uncle. (This scene was by far the best scene of the entire episode. Please give it a watch if nothing else. It's sure to touch your heart especially the way Kabir gives Sanya a loving smile and Sanya's face lights up with trust and love for her Magician Uncle.) Amrita asks Mala to take Sanya away. Kabir says before Sanya leaves, "Hey. Woh bada wala magic seekh raha hoon. Tumhari di ko le kar aaonga. I promise." Sanya says thank you and Kabir smiles before the smile falls off his face and he becomes all business again saying that they need to go to Trisha's college.
Lavanya asks the secretary to keep an eye out for Neha who has seemingly disappeared from the office. Prem says that he has sent Neha to handle the foreign delegation. Both start flirting with each other before Lavanya goes off to give Prateek an update. Prem looks after her.
Kabir and Amrita are in the Jeep. Amrita says she was surprised when he did that magic trick. He says he was doing his job to be friendly so he can get information from Sanya later. (Liar! You saw a sweet girl and maybe even your daughter in her.) Amrita asks how he can be so cold hearted. He says, "Yah toh main emotional fool ho jao yah aapna job karoon. Dono cheezein nahi ho sakti hain." Amrita looks at him thoughtfully. Kabir adds that sometimes the older people don't realize what they are saying and the young hear a lot. He adds that no one is outside of his suspicion and then adds that maybe apart from Amrita. Kabir says that people will take advantage of their interview now because a lot of crappy people will make hoax or prank calls.
Prateek gets a call from the same lady again asking him to come to the hotel. He tells her that he isn't coming and tells her to check out. He hangs up and turns around to see Lavanya standing there.
Precap: Kabir pulls a book, "Moments of Passion", out of Trisha's locker which Amrita is shocked to see. She blames Vivan for giving Vivan the book. He says that Trisha loved her as much as him and Amrita slaps him. Prem and Lavanya are getting close. Kabir says that Vivan went to meet Trisha 25 minutes after she disappeared which means he knows a lot and is hiding it.
