The way Kushaan was trying to defend Trisha and the kind of disbelief on his face when he came to know about Vivaan Trisha shows that he is involved with Trisha. This is also what original plot says.

For me kushan sounds genuinely concerned about her.. I dont think there is anything happening between her and trisha...

Trisha might also be Kushan's daughter, he seems to care more than her own father and why not, I mean everyone else has secrets of affairs, why not Amrita and Kushan
