On January 19th, 2012, SAB TV threw a surprise bash for the cast and crew of Lapataganj to mark the completion of 500 episodes. The party held at Red Ants saw entire cast turnout in full force and have a ball at the celebrations!!!
Ashwini Dheer alongwith Preeti Ameen & Shubhangi Gokhale were the first to reach the venue. Mr. N.P.Singh, COO, MSM Network & Mr. Anooj Kapoor, EVP & Business Head, SAB TV and too joined in the celebrations.
Cast of Lapataganj – Abbas Khan, Rohitashv Gaur, Preeti Ameen, Shubhangi Gokhale, Sucheta Khanna, Anup Upadhyay, Ashwini Dheer and Mr. Anooj Kapoor and Mr. N.P.Singh were part of the cake cutting ceremony.
After the cake cutting everyone started dancing on some foot tapping numbers. Rohitashv, Preeti, Shubhangi were in their element and showed their dancing skills on the floor. They even did some thumkas and cheered each other and were seen having a whale of a time!!!
Starcast of Chidiyaghar i.e. Debina Bonerjee along with beau Gurmeet, Paresh Ganatra, Jeetu Shivhare, Rajendra Gupta, Shilpa Shinde too dropped in to congratulate Ashwini Dheer and cast & crew of Lapataganj.
The party saw everyone in great spirits and entire cast was seen enjoying the evening.
