Guest room
The scene picks up from the point where Supriya repeats, that the favours granted to me in this house I shall never forget.. and Naku lowers her eyes.. possibly some sort of Supriya's sarcasm, which apparently seems beyond Naku's comprehension, yet she can sense undercurrents.. but not that big one that Kala is mastermind of the final section of what happens.
The evil trio smile knowingly . However Kala notices , and asks Supriya .. but what is this how come you haven't done your makeup?, you're not even ready, and where is your beautician? Supriya looks into Kala's eyes slyly. Kala meanwhile tells, her off , just to steer forward her plan , now if the beautician wasn't going to come, then you should have told me, now look it's getting late! let me phone and ask her! and Kala connects, hello Shenaz! where are you? you knew full well where you were meant to be! what! you can't make it? well you should have informed us before hand! ok.. leave it.. Supriya pretends to be disappointed. A concerned Naku asks, Tai what's happened? Kala replied , don't know, she said her car was stolen ,so she can't come. don't know what'll happen now? All are silent, till Kala decides, I think vahini should be taken to the nearest beauty parlour in the area, she'll be ready in an hour isn't that so? the other sisters smile wickedly and Leela supports the idea, yes that is a good idea, but who'll accompany vahini? none of us can go we have to look after Anay and pari.. she says mysteriously.
Kala pretends to look worried.. and Supriya looks up with full guile. Supriya and Kala exchange glances, as they wait for the simple honest, Naku to offer herself to be sacrificed.. and then she does, Tai I'll accompany Supriya Tai .. then the sisters start their deceitful game, no !no Naku! how can you go? there's so much work to be done, who'll do that? besides Aye Sahib needs your help all the time , hence you can't go, tell you what I'll go instead.. what do you say Tai ? Roops sneers and asks.Naku pleads before Kala , let me go with her Tai.. Naku muses, why do I feel something untoward is going to happen.. Naku continues, Tai what am I supposed to be doing here ? you all will be busy with the guests..
The Note
Supriya grinds her teeth in bit of mood, as she writes a letter under Kala 's supervision and finishes the letter. Roops and Leela too like hawks stand over her head as she write the note. With a further evil glint in her eyes, Kala instructs her, you need to add one more thing.. write, god bless Nakusha! who helped me in running away from this place! Supriya looks shocked, but Kala repeats, now write this down! Kala snubs her , why are you looking at me like this?.. Supriya says , no Tai that's not right, and Kala shouts down her face, someone has to be blamed isn't it? then why not Nakusha ?go on write that down, also write that Nakusha did all the arrangements for my elopement...Kala then muses, forgive me Bhau , I just don't like the sound of your wedding march. Supriya hands over the folded letter to Kala who is beams with contentment .Leela gives Supriya her wedding out fit . Supriya looks at it distastefully .
Suddenly there's a knock at the door, and Leela opens it, and it's Naku.. she informs them Aye Sahib is very worried... we'll have to leave now! Supriya stands up immediately . Kala says , she's arranged for the car to take them. Kala then addresses Supriya and strokes her cheek, Supriya just like a snake sheds it's skin, you too leave your past behind... your new life awaits you.. Supriya gives a weak smile trying not to scream with joy , and all of Dutta's sisters smile like fiends .. while Naku gives a dead pan blank look , unsuspecting.. the trap set for her, she says dutifully come on Tai let's go! we're getting late, and Supriya glares at her ,like stop ordering me around.. Kala beams and says to Supriya come.. and the three witches leave the room and the head witch, is on the phone , informs Ravi , your life is leaving now to meet you .. be ready! and the three sisters walk together as a galvanized evil force.. and Naku carries Supriya's clothes and leaves with her..
On the road
The car speeds on with Supriya and Naku en route to the local beauty parlour .The car moves ahead. Supriya looks behind, and Naku tells her not to, think about your future from today, your new life starts...now only think about your and Dutta Sahib's life . Supriya gives her a crafty sided gaze and pulls a face. Naku asks, what's the matter? are you still unhappy about this marriage? Supriya replies no Naku ,I am happy, only sometimes I worry when I think , that if he finds out about me and Ravinder would would he do? Naku says, promise me that you will fulfil this bond with all your heart, and that you will not talk about it with any one. Naku waits for this lying woman's answer and Supriya gives it with a smile and a nod...and looks away and pulls an a face full of deceit..
Ravi waits in the dark with a baseball cap on his head to conceal his face. He pulls up his cap and with a defiant face he sits in the driver seat of a parked silver car, turns the lights on and zooms off.
Naku and Supriya drive to their destination. Naku has the FB of the woman cursing Dutta , before day light the light of happiness will be snuffed out of your house..
Ravi 's car now chases, the car carrying Supriya and Naku. Kala phones him, did you find Supriya ? where are they? and he says they are very nearly there, Tai thank you so very much!. she says that's alright, but be careful.. and he replies, Tai you don't worry everything is happening according to plan.. suddenly his car collides with a motor cyclist but he dodges.. a sight argument happens, but abates.
Naku 's car arrives at the parlour. She sees the silver car, is suspicious and goes to investigate the driver.. Ravi ducks in the seat.. Kala still on the phone asks Ravi? Supriya too peers across at the silver car parked in the dark...and notes, Naku peer through it's driver window.. Supriya looks in horror and rushes to Naku's side and says, Naku ! come on it's getting late come on! she shakes Naku, come on everyone must be waiting for us! only half n' hour is left! she takes Naku away from the parked silver vehicle. Ravi sits up and looks ahead...much relieved.
Both women enter the parlour. The woman takes Supriya to a chair and starts her work. Naku waits in the waiting area, while Supriya 's make up starts.
Patil Nivas
Dutta walks dressed in a white vested and white pyjama , his tutti fruitti towel is draped behind his neck...he rolls his eyes and dreamily looks up and has a FB, of Supriya saying I was looking for a life partner like you.. he recalls when she tied the thread of protection around his arm.. and he smiles and walks away from the mirror totally in love ..
Beauty parlor
In the beauty parlour Supriya is being made up and she too has a FB , where Kala says she's arranged for a car.. and then.. your new life ahead waits for you..Supriya smiles.. Naku recalls that car outside without a driver, and how Supriya insists let's go.. and takes her away from the car. Naku looks out through door of the salon.
She strolls and asks the beautician , how much longer? and Supriya says irritated Naku you still don't trust me? why don't you just sit close by me? Naku says , no it's ok you carry on.. and Supriya looks at Naku's anxious faced reflection in the mirror .. Naku moves and sits in the waiting room.

Guests arrive at Patil Nivas and Aye sahib and Kala greet and meet guests.Aye sahib and her daughters smile at everyone..
Parlour
Back at the parlour flowers are wound around Supriya's hair in a bun at the back of her head.. green bangles are pushed down her palms.. and jewellery put on her. She is dresses as a Maharashtrian bride in an emerald green and purple sari.. she suddenly sees the cut on her arm and feels it..the things she had to do to escape from Dutta's prison. Naku plays nervously with her fingers while she waits.
Patil Nivas
Baji comes in with a guest at PN.. Ganpat joins him and as both are dressed in mustard, Baji jokes, Ganpat where did you buy your clothes from? the pair of us will look like those guys who play the wedding band! Ganpat teases, some of the material was left over from your sherwani! so I got a shirt made out of it so we match!
Parlour
Naku looks across at Supriya wondering how long.. more..and then Supriya comes before her and asks Naku, how do I look Naku? and Naku smiles approvingly and takes Supriya by the arm.. to leave.
Patil Nivas
Dutta 's profile emerges.. he wears an old gold turban on his head and plum and speckled gold sherwani . a plum and old gold patka hangs from the back of his neck on his chest.. drums beat! as he comes and stand at the balcony of the staircase Aye Sahib, Baji , Babi , Kala all look up at his tall princely figure in traditional attire..he looks down at everyone from the height with a quiet confident smile.. all the guests look up at him in admiration.
Parlour
Supriya and Naku step out of the parlour and move toward their car.. Naku's eyes are vigilant and alert as she sees the silver car without the driver in sight, is still there in front of the parlour.. Naku ponders and senses.. but Supriya says to her, Naku hurry up we are getting late.. sit in the car.. and they both sit in the back seat. And they drive off.. Ravi peeps from behind a tree and watches the car drive off... but there a road closed sign pops up..and the car stops.
Patil Nivas
Dutta smiles down at everyone from the staircase balcony... Baji says, wow!.. and then slowly Kishore and Sudarshan come from behind Dutta and stand on his either side. Kishore gently ushers Dutta and the two BIL's bring Dutta down the main staircase. Slowly and elegantly Dutta puts his mojra clad feet one by one down the stair case,.. regally his purple silken dhoti clad legs eventually reach the bottom floor . His sisters move towards him and Kala pets his stubble cheek, and by his arm brings him towards the guests in the lounge area . Dutta meets his mother.. smiles down into her eyes then he bends to touch her feet to seek her blessings.. Babi , Aye Sahib beam with pride..
On the road
Naku looks ahead at the road block sign.. and complains , what is this now? she tells the driver, now take another route everyone will be waiting.. so the driver takes a diversion and turns the car around..and drives out.. Ravi comes out from behind the trees and sits in his car and follows Supriya's car.
Patil Nivas
Kala weaves through the guests on her mobile..she asks Ravi, where are you up to? and he replies , very close to my destination.. she whispers, you'd better be careful , if you mess up this time , then you can be sure you're dead.. Ravi sitting in his car says, Tai nothing will go wrong , everything will go according to plan!She cuts off and gives a fake smile and joins the guests..
On the road
Ravi steps on the road from behind the trees .. and literally kicks off the road closed ahead sign, on the side of the road.. and looks at the empty dark road with a mocking smile... the episode ends Hamlet53 ~ 23.12.13.
Precap~ Dutta 's feet are being washed in milk over a silver platter.. my SIL.. with these feet of yours , my daughter will match hers and walk with you for the rest of her life.. says Supriya's dad.. Kala rolls her eyes..
Aye Sahib asks .. Kala , why hasn't Supriya returned as yet?.. Dutta gives a sided look while his sisters look worried..
Well it's not that something unexpected happens in the episode.. it's all going according to plan .. to quote Ravi's words.
So really and truly, the forces of evil are at work.
On the face of it .. seems a situation where a big wedding is about to begin. You have guests arriving. The groom still not ready, strolls about half dressed dreaming of... ummh. You have the bride still not ready either ,and worst still her make artist hasn't turned up! soo off to a beauty salon asap!
All very normal scenes.. but it's out of theses normal looking scenes emerges the head of evil and casts it's eyes on the occasion and turns joy into sorrow..just like the old woman had predicted.
Naku is dutifully on high alert , all systems go! but alas! she lacks the ability to make sense of Kala's evil genius. In the main, Naku is only aware of what Supriya was planning to do.. but Naku still believes wrongly , that Supriya will marry Saab.. this is Naku's folly.. too trusting.
Naku is also unaware that Kala has pinned her down so severely by her trap that Naku will not even know what hit her, for a very long time.. alas! the simplicity of Naku .. reminds me of the saying. .fools rush in ,where angels fear to tread..
Supriya has a conscience ? well she does query the inclusion of Naku's involvement in the elopement. She finds it hard to swallow.
But Kala is hell bent on teaching the meddlesome Dutta loyalist.. this Nakusha! a lesson she will not forget for the rest of her life!
Supriya 's note is crucial ,as it is pure evidence for Dutta to view and judge who actually has duped him..also it eradicates all implications towards Kala's involvement .. it's an open and shut case.. Naku aided and abetted in Supriya's act.
