Has anyone seen the show yet? VR entered in the second epi and he HATES AG's character...it's MAJOR Kala-Baaji deja vu😆

I don't think AG's character is positive...she can term it GREY if not negative...it seems like a very manipulative character...hardly what you would call a POSITIVE trait...but she's got solid screen presence which she had as Kala too...the power in the characters seems a bit similar...I can see her current character also easily morphing into a Kala if they want it to in the future.

It was really nice to see VR onscreen again after many days :-)

AG will sure rock again. she really is a very fine actor. and the character sounds interesting too. i would call it grey character.

but i donno how are they planning to justify lead character having extra marital affair and living off his mistress. OK goody goody hereos are dime a dozen.. but hero falling low to this level.😕..

Agree! Which is why I think he will also be a grey character, not someone who is supposed to be liked or admired. That will be the role of the lead girl, with whom the audience will be expected to sympathize most probably thanks to the abla naari nature of the muck she'll get into by marrying this guy. As it is, I think VR will be playing the good guy of the show.

They'll probably take it ahead by showing him get married due to his mother's insistence, but the family will need money to keep up...and therefore he will have to keep up with Sarla even if on a superficial level to continue getting the financial aid from her. At the moment as well, I don't think there really is any real feeling or affection in it for him...he's doing it for the benefits, serenading her with words of praise to quell any doubts or butter her up when the opportunity for it arises. She manipulates him financially, he manipulates her emotionally...quite a mutualistic relationship...which will pose problems for the girl he marries, and him too if he wants to quit it at some point, turning AG into an out and out vamp most probably 😆

P.S. She's fabulously classy even in a role like this. In fact, I had eyes only for her in the first scene she was in because of the screen presence she commands...fine actress.

It's going to turn into a saas bahu show in about only a month I'm sure 😆 Maybe AG/VR scenes will be savable enough in terms of storyline or even acting to catch on and off, but beyond that, I don't think this show is or will be of any distinction from the norm of what is on telly these days. Quite the usual fare.

^^^Thats true! And this time they even arent pretending to be different. 😆But atleast its better than competition where a 13 year old girl is passed off as 18 and paired opposite a 30 year old actor.

I watched the first episode out of curiosity...I basically ended up speeding through all the parts that didn't have Aashka in them, more or less. I did watch Eijaz's intro and also cheered when I saw Vinay on the bicycle as he crossed paths with EK and threw him a dirty look before Amrit went into Sarla's house. Loved AG's scenes, though! Her screen presence is incredible! She just commands attention!
