Mishal Raheja's ouster hurt Laagi Tujhse Lagan
Mishal Raheja's portrayal of the brooding Dattabhau in Colors' Laagi Tujhse Lagan was a big element in keeping the TRPs high. After he was replaced by Shabbir Ahluwalia owing to tantrums, the show kept slipping never to recover. Once it was among the top 5 shows but the TRPs dropped from 4.5 to 1.6 points in a jiffy. Buzz is that the channel is planning to end the show soon.
