Digu is a huge mismatch to the story. The character and the way he has been picturized sticks out like a sore thumb. Dutta was the bond that held the other characters together. People would discuss Naku's lagan for Dutta, Dutta's relationship to Baaji, Ayisaab, Kalaa's hatred for Dutta etc. Unfortunately after Mishal's replacement things became very random. New Dutta hasn't proven to be great as of now. And keeping Digu around is NOT helping, he should leave ASAP. May be they should just end the serial now, its become too convoluted.😕

the serial has suck to lcl from ltl iscoz of character digu the day he made the apperance the serial went down the drain in trp & from ppl mind too ,never in the tv history has been such a drastic slip of a serial in a day of lead character disapperance ,they thought they could get a junior artist like digu in place of mishal ,they were proved wrong & somebody at color is fond or crazy after digu hadn't showed him the door inspite of his failure & getting dutta replacement as last saving grace i 'm no fan of sb either ,making a actor who has done bits role as a lead in place of mishal was the craziest thing ever ,they should have got rid of this constipitated actor long back or give him role of some older villan if the colors are so derperate to keep him occupied

When the creatives lost the track of story every possible substitude cant change

what LTl has become that is LCl

its just not the same and the ones who watched LTl from begiinning and really follow it will never accept Digu , the new Dutta

any of it , its sad but it has really become lcl !

if u are not watching the show...u obviously are not seeing actors expressions either,

Digu character was brought into the story urgently,,,so maybe the character was not well-placed,

But the actor is exceptionally gud-luking and has really charming expressions.. In fact he managed to keep some of the lame tracks easy on the eyes just due to his good luks and simplicity!

IF STOPS PPL if they make derogatory comments...then y there have been no objections to Digu being called DENGU repeatedly...and the use of words like Digu-Nakku extra-marital affairs...where there was no such thing in the show????

Dear so wat if the actor has done bit roles in the past...that is not the reason why he should not play lead...Som ppl on this forum keep mentioning this repeatedly which is really sick
,,.Mishal too became popular due to his EXTREMELY STRONG ROLE IN LTL...Did anyone know him before that???

Digu should be given role of OLD villian???? ..Y..Y..Y...here is a good-looking guy with perfect Hero luks ..a lot better than the EX for whose exit brought in so much frustration...

Firstly, calm down 😆...I think you can voice your opinion on whoever without being frustrated or upset about it...

Secondly, acting is more relevant to a person's ability to perform, their potential and the hard-work they put into bringing the character to life, to make the connection with the audience...appearances, looks etc. DO NOT make a person a good actor IMO.

Re: MR...he became popular but more so he rightly earned his popularity by putting life and soul into the character, Dutta...and also because it was so beautifully written by the original writers. There was depth to the character to which MR added his nuances and brought that character to life...so much so when he emoted any range of emotions, we felt it! It was a complete package of great writing, great acting, direction and other things that made LTL-1 a successful show and Dutta a successful character . How is one person better than the other in LOOKS is our perception. 😊

@Param ..Touche! It would have been quite benefiting for new viewers of the current version of LTL to have seen LTL1 from Dec 2009 onwards to argue valid points of the character traits which were distinctively portrayed by the original LTL1 actors/actresses. Aneesa

Digu shot AS, he kidnapped dutta and everybody forgot about this and decided we love him and he should stay with us 😕 If anybody hurt any of my family members I would make sure the person was atleast in jail but these people decided no it is okay to shot AS. Okay I do not like AS but bhaji this guy shot your mom do something but nope he decided I want to replace my best friend dutta with digu.

It took one year to build the relationship between Original Dutta and Nakusha but it took the channel, creatives, producers one week to ruin it so badly that for me now this is the worst show I ever came across on Indian television. It was not an ordinary story I mean the beauty and beast fairytale has been ruined here. We are not talking about an ordinary boy meets girl romantic story being ruined here it was a fairytale. We have all either watched beauty and the beast and/or read about it but nobody has ever actually destroyed it so what makes the channel, creatives, producers, actors of this show so special that they all tell me that I should accept digu or the new replaced dutta. Many stories have been butchered in the past on Indian television but actually going and destroying a fairytale like beauty and beast is a new low we have reached on Indian television and it is just sad to see how low the standards of indian television actually are. 😔 This is just my personal opinion.
