has SA lived up to ur expectations as Dutta ? since SA became dutta from then onwards Duttas character has continued to deteriorate, Dutta has not only become weak but has become a pain to watch on screen . The sight of SA as Dutta now makes me cringe, atleast when he was locked up by NANA we could understand his weakness . SA has made it very clear he is not capable of playing such a complex character that is Dutta Shriram Patil.

I will not entirely agree with you. It is true that Shabbir has not the X-factor as in Mishal and he can not do proper justice to the character. But still i believe that if the story had maintained its originality, Shabbir could have done much much better. Its more than a month now since DSP is back into the show, but still the story is uselessly revolving around deegu and other unnecessary tracks...I believe there is no scope left in the show for DSP. Its totally ruined now. So, i'll not be that harsh on SA.

I dont think its SA's fault that Dutta's character is being shown the way its being shown.
The track and the story is crap right now and I dont see why Digu is still in the show. He should exit, Naku should get her memory back and SA should get scope to perform as the real Dutta, not as some drugged out individual. He is a different actor, has his own methodology he will bring to the character, so I wont be harsh on him by comparing him with Mishal. Mishal is in his own league and SA is in his own; let him interpret Dutta the way he would and then lets pass a judgement.
In the current state of affairs he has not had the chance to portray Dutta the way Dutta normally is.

@sam i m completely agree with you...SA is not capable of playing the role of dutta shriram patil...he has no such stamina and always looks like he is very weak and just read the dialogues...he is not capable of producing the power,energy and the anger needed for the role of dutta shriram patil...whenever i watch the show and see his acting and his pair with nakusha looks very awkward..and i think mahi also feel uncomfortable acting with him as per my observation...but as the story of the show is draged conmpletely by the writer..somewhere i feel good that mishal left the show whatever be the reason...and lastly..i think the show is going to be end soon with tasha reunion.

i think digu is main reason for all this
they are showing too much digu ... these days
SA also need to improvise his look n acting
specifically his pauses ..i mean dutta is not talkative character
so only his expression n silence talk
THATS WAT MISHAL DID EXCELLENTLY
i have strong feeling ... digu's character is come to his end
hopefully tasha reunion soon
( still i am not intersted in it anymore)

SA DSP ka rule nae nibha skta hai me itna show dhkti toh nae ho ha aik dfa SA ki acting dhki and i feel that wo mishal ko cpy krny ki koshish karta hai ... this is my opnion about him ...aik actor ki koshish hti hai wo apni audience ko apni traf hi attract kry chahy usy 5 mint diye ho ya pir full day ...aur khud ko prove krny ky liye aik mint be kafi hta hai ...i think SA DSP ki acting nae kar skta hai ... sirf mishal hi is role ko achi trah nibha skta hai aur ko naeee

I have never responded to these posts donno y am doing today...probably its the hate and the anger after reading the w'ful story as it was and thinking what it would have been with MR around...😡

Watching to door - I shudder to even think of another actor in the pathani and in PN in that room.

well i'll maintain my stand, whether SA or SRK, replacing Mishal as dutta is out of question. There r people who r saying dat blaming SA for ruining dutta is unfair as its the cvs who r giving more importance 2 degu dan dutta.Yes it is unfair 2 blame him entirely but then in my opinion its the actor who strengthens d character instead of d other way round. when Mishal played dutta the character was introduced 1 month after d show started, was not even d part of d montage pic for months was not much promoted either yet d cvs were forced 2 revolve d story around him wholely n solely. WHY? Do i need 2 answer it? if not through acting skills SA being a big Tv star can demand for a stronger script .

P.S. I didn't wanted 2 sound rude but then I was back in town after a month accidently watched a clip of ltl and am devasted to see the storyline they r using 4 dutta this is not dutta, it simply can't where is d dutta i fellin love with? oh! god i feel like crying.
