@Sana: Aww! Dont worry...with some more experience you will understand everything. My only advice would be keep your eyes and ears open for good contacts and work. Networking is very important.

but yes you are right..

the only powerful male role in indian television after maybe ages was that of DSP and look wht they did to it now.

but hope is never ending..

lot many channels and revamps are coming up..

hopefully some sensible directors and PH too will come up with some serial worth watching.

and yashraj produced some good shows. Maahi way , khotey sikkey.. too bad sony gave them wrong time for telecast.

and film stars on tv..

Money is the name of the game. besides i think it is ego issue..

me pulling more crowds than you..

besides every loves being gold fish in the bowl..

too bad they dont realize they are loosing that auro around them

kash sorry but telling that all those happen in starting my career.now hopefully everything is great i got nice offer form production house .all is well.its just i want chose between tv or film to.becoz i have tv and film offer.

If you want to do some different work then do films. If you want to have steady work do TV. Best thing is since you are new do TV, save some money and then move to films after you have experience.

But if you already have enough saving and your family is ready to support you better do films.

kash its dont abt money at all dad doing great in Australia mom is dialogue writer for films, nanu all set to support as i am a single kid in family. it just that they want me to chose only one either film or tv

IMO you must chose the film if the PH and director is good. If you do good in films TV will be cakewalk for you later. If there are other contraints like you cant move out of Mumbai during outdoor shoota then you can chose serials.
