ur iron is low zuby ,,. i was also at 5 hameo... ,u kwn wht i have started iron suplements and eat food rich in iron , try eatign chickpeas (boiled ) they are rich in iron ofcourses leafy vege also ,,but beet , chikpeas and also dates ,, are rich ,,) mein gyan de rahi hoon but have been there and learnt all this 😉😉
