Fabulous episode tonight. Great start to the week as well. Dutta is at a point right now where he's tired of waiting and letting people toy with him - in a way, that includes his family. They've been steering him in whichever direction they want for a while now and out of respect (and consideration), he hasn't gone against Aayisaheb. But I think that he has reached the verge of his patience now - understandably. He wants to finish off whoever has been threatening his women and his people's women.
I agree! He had to let it out at AS today. She was too annnoying for me also so imagine Dutta's state of mind 😆
I really liked how observant Dutta was in tonight's episode. It shows that, deep down, the seed of doubt is stirring. He puts himself between Nana and Naku, protectively? He observes Naku's expression - to gauge her fear? To understand what she's feeling or to give her some kind of sense of security as he knows that she isn't comfortable with Nana around and he promised to protect her always. I loved this silent observation from Dutta's side. Regardless of how angry he is with Naku, the need to protect her remains as strong as ever.
I thought it was a mix of protectiveness and intimidation. He wanted to protect her but also remind her that she has to be good to NANA. 😕
Baji's awkwardness around Nana was expected and he tried to hide it well. However, I doubt that anyone - except perhaps Nana - actually bought it. I must applaud him for distracting Nana before he had a chance to "recognize" Madhu. Even Baji is like the women's protector, taking up after his Bhau. Quick thinking, Baji. Well done.
I just said this before i read your post. Baji spoke just in time before Nana could recognize or ask for an intro i guess. Or may be, he knew Madhu was here and was just looking at her closely?😕
I didn't get to comment on Friday's episode before it was closed, but I loved that scene between Madhu and Aayisaheb. Their relationship was introduced back when Madhu first entered the show, but it was never really explored. However, I loved that Madhu chose Aayisaheb to confide in as Madhu is a young woman - the youngest of Dutta's sisters, actually - and she has been without a female mother figure (and male father figure) for years. She has had it a bit harder than Dutta in ways.
Nana is becoming creepier and creepier with each episode. The way he approached Naku... the nerve of this man! He knows that she probably knows, but she doesn't know that he knows that she doesn't know that he knows, you know? :D
I wonder if there'll be a faceoff between him and Naku and what he'll do... *shudder* The way that he was talking to himself about torturing Dutta *gulp* Me very scared 😕
But i'd love to see it 😆
Dutta is really PMS at Naku in the recent episodes. LOL. It's strange how we can be separated from people we love for months and yearn for their closeness - then if we get them back, we take them a bit for granted. However, in Dutta's case, there's a lot of fear involved. Fear of losing Naku. Fear of the unknown truths that might alter his future irreversibly. Fear of the dark storm that's headed his way.
Very true!
We're humans, after all. Dutta is probably the best example of a flawed human. He is so often led astray by his emotions or (personal) logic based on his emotions. It's like he has moved from one extreme to another. Before he was cold and angry only, judging people from a bland POV. Now he's full of fiery and passionate emotions - love, care, fierce need to protect his loved ones, blind faith in a man that he has never actually known but yet claims wouldn't ever harm him - strong emotions that cloud his judgment at times.
Let's see if coming face to face with Sanjayrao will clear his sight once and for all. Looking forward to tomorrow night's episode! This is getting better and better 😳
I hope it does😊
PS (no pun intended): I MISS KALA-DUTTA (aka DuLa).
