Prabhu in an upbeat mood enters & greets the his-soon-to-be gold digger family politely & makes a beeline for the empty seat next to Sups. She has such a constipated look on her face & scoots away the moment Prabhu seats himself.Good! door reh churail mere Prabhu se! she fled😆...kya zuby u must've really threatened her too eh...she sprung out of her seat...Corporation handpump!😡 He gives her an annoyed look & blind as bat AS does not even notice it .AS is like those monkeys u know ...hear no evil, see no evil, speak no evil...lol she is only good to bring her moti self and sit around😆 AS orders Prabhu be served & calls out for Sujatha.Babi rushes forward with the serving bowl making a "not well" bahaana for her beti. That's when Kala begins her taunting session with Prabhu & Babi as targets with a supportng role played by chamchi of the decade Leela.🤢 It seems they know about Prabhu's treatment of Sujatha (Courtesy Roops) and have a field day playing on his guilt. evil evil evil trio ...making him feel guilt ...tsk tsk...Prabhu's consternation increases in tandem with Kala's glee but never never in her wildest dream would she have thought it was her venom tipped words that sent Prabhu into Sujatha's room thus laying of the first foundation stone of a relationship that will completely annihilate her power & sway over the lives of each Patil family member & Prabhu in particular.oh zuby u must really hate kala for giving the opportunity to Prabhu to set his relationship with Sujji...am sure u must be more eager to get rid of her...she is planning to get all out of the picture and is bringing those 2 together...poor zuby left to watch alll this...She does not have an iota of idea that she is sowing seeds of something which will wipe away her being, her person into nothingness. She taunts Babi advising her to watch over the "youth" induced sickness of her daughter referring to the new love that has taken roots in her heart. But its only sickness again that registers in Prabhu's mind (Poor Kala!🤣) & he decides to visit the "sick room". 🥱 There he meets Sethji who again makes a big deal over his tai's beemari. Even I who needed a pint of blood last week wasn't fussed over so much.😲😕😡

Sujatha is hanging from the fan as Prabhu enters (Na re! Meri itni acchi kismet kahaan!😒) She is dusting the already sparkling fan.

omg zuby ...I actually picture her hanging from the fan...not the suicidal way but the like using her hands 🤣🤣 my my what a picture...ok let me picture the actual scene now 😆😆

She jhatkoes the dusty cloth right into his face & he coughs violently.😵 That's when she becomes aware of him & mutters her apologies still hanging on the fan.

Afraid he might miss it Sujata promptly but subtlely points to it & voila! like in all her endeavours is successful. 👏 He sees it & is shocked. She gives him an appropriate martyr look in return."head desk"He tells her he came to enquire if she was well as her Aayi & her brother said she wasn't well. Then the Dulaara of the Forum❤️, the Sweetheart of Zuby❤️, the Sher of Patilwadi🤗 begins his sincere apology saying he was drunk & didn't know what he was doing.He was very angry & he took it out on her.😳 Truly!Prabhu Ayya you make me fall in love with you all over again!

Nothing! She had no right to say anything. What a Drama Queen!😵 Silent Rakhi Sawant! 😡 Each word makes a hole in Prabhu's heart.aww poor Prabhu ...this girls words always plays on his heart He goes near whom he perceives to be a hurting girl with the intention of comforting her.She turns around & looks at him as if he wanted to attempt rape. 🥱 She fearfully moves back like a 70s heroine & Prabhu is shocked at her fear.He asks to come near to him & she begs him not to hit her! 😲😕 Honestly this woman really!oh this innocent little one...haha thinks he will beat the crap out of her...😆😆 Hun, if he wanted to beat you he'd have stormed in & straightaway beat the crap out of you. lol exactly What man enquires after your health & then proceeds to make a mincemeat of you? Prabhu is aghast at her behaviour & tells her he came to say sorry not hit her. He has never raised his hand on a woman nor ever will.He tells he wants to make her understand why he behaved the way he did & thus drags her out of the house. He then rides out in his car to that lake where his life spiralled straight into hole.😭 aww i miss this show...the emotions played here by MR was amazing ...It was lovely to see again the emotional turmoil playing on Prabhu's face as he relives his eternal nightmare again. DSP music plays in the background as he slow walks towards the edge of the water, to the exact spot where he was ruined forever & everything he held dear to his heart was mercilessly stripped away from him.😭 yup going back to the place where he was a easy go lucky guy ...and a very cute one 😛

He begins his story of the simple boy Prabhu with simple dreams & who cherished the simple pleasures life offered him. One of those was the girl called Seema.🥺

A very young & innocent looking Prabhu with a fresh scrubbed pinky face in a simple blue,red & yellow checked shirt & faded jeans comes happily hurtling on his cycle near the lake with an even younger & scrubbed Baaji frantically calling out to his friend.But Prabhu ignores him & goes hopping & skipping bounding down the steps near the water.😍 poor guy thinks he is in love ...he has not met Zuby yet na...that day will come soon 😉

And Prabhu's face lights up as though a thousand lights were switched on.😳 A thrill goes through him to see that his Seema is finally here to meet him.He fools with her a bit calling her Kamla & Bimla and the childlike joy he emanates is a treat for sore eyes. she again metaphor LOL ...calling her other names...because he trully doesn't really noe her ! 😛He presents her with that beautiful chain & she happily accepts.Zuby he gave the chain u wanted to this churail...The voice over of the present day Prabhu says that he was in so much love & was so happy that his heart forever sang love songs.Thus on the background of what was "Aye kaash ke hum hosh mein ab aane na paaye" little moments spent with Seema is shown where they are on a trip to the market & he has no money to buy those slightly costly glass bangles for his love.His expression was so heartbreaking at that point. And the most heart stopping one was when he doesn't have the nerve to put a hand on her shoulder to click a pic.Aww...Cho Chweeet!😍 Oh i remember that tooo...he looked so cute thinking about whether to put that hand around...poor guy was so blinded by this girls 'love' if we can call it that? 😕

Due to the painful nature of this episode I have seen it only twice before at a time when I firmly believed Aayi Saab was D's enemy hence didn't really appreciate just how much she was happy he wanted to settle down. Any mother with two daughters at home (I think Kala was already married off at this time since Kishore once mentioned they have been together for more than 10 yrs) would have thrown a fit at the idea of another girl entering their home as her son's wife. Her advice of a bigger home was so spot on too.

Thus Prabhu's begins the mammoth struggle to amass enough money to buy a two room "kholi" for himself & his new/old family. Mishal is shown handling real dangerous mechanical tools.Method actor?👍🏼
He tries asking the garage owner for a loan to speed up matters a bit but the stingy pig refuses point blank saying he shouldn't fall into the loan trap.🐷 Prabhu's hopes are dashed & he is thrown into a brown study.He wonders how at this speed will
he ever manage to get that home. As as been the norm of his life even till date he naturally gravitates towards Baaji who has been witnessing this disapointing turn of events from the side. He asks him a way to make money quickly & true to form Baaji comes through.👍🏼 He suggests he run a cab service & Prabhu lights up like a christmas tree again. He was already working his head off but now doubles his hard work by becoming a cab driver.😔 omg he truly tried to work so hard to get money the normal way and was doing not for himself...gotta love that 😳 poor guy working so hard...

One unfortunate day Seema brings him lunch at his workplace & that is the moment the piggy garage owner lays his eyes on Seema for the first time. 😡
There is a cute romantic scene between Prabhu & Seema. This is the only scene where a romantic Mishal comes through very strongly than any other over a year of LTL.It might be because he was less inhibited here, no hang ups & also he & Seema were on equal footing.

yes this miserable day ..but keep ur eyes fixed on only MR...all is well 😉

Finally the day arrives when arrangements are complete for a new home & Prabhu is ready to formally propose marriage to Seema. He is eagerly awaiting her arrival at the lake side with a beautiful ring.Finally all his dreams were about to be turned to reality.
Hardwork & blood,sweat,tears shed so long were now going to bear fruit. The day turns dark but there is no sign of Seema & Prabhu starts to feel concerned about her.
He goes looking for her at her house & the parlour where she works but does not find her.
all that excitement to propose...the desire to live his life with her...omg is about to be shattered...this is wear that certain smile will be lost forever

I am not going to go into what happened next coz I did not watch it but then I dont think I need to. The worst scene ever in LTL was repeatedly aired for nearly three months since Dec during the Blind Track.😡

It wasn't the first time I was seeing it but it still had the power to shock & disgust such was the nature of the massive betrayal meted out to this poor boy whose heart was more delicate than a flower.The world as he knew it come tumbling down. He realised he was building castles in air & hoping to live in them permanently. The pivot of his life was snatched away catching him unaware & he found himself hurtling into a dark endless pit.OMG, it was nothing short of surgery without anasthesia.😭ripped his heart out of his chest ...poor poor Dhana

Is she blind that she didn't see the gem her lover was? Is she so stupid so as to become a prostitute for money rather than become a respectable wife of a man like Prabhu?😡 Yes she did become a prostitue the day she sold herself to that garage waala for that gold necklace. What a sensible girl would not give for one loving look from a man like prabhu & here he was offering his whole being & soul to her? I dont know if I should feel pity or rage for this woman who has shit for brains😡😡😡

Though I found Dutta kinda cute but the dark brooding man in black paithanis always had the edge for me 😃 This was more MR-ish! I would always prefer to see MR in mature, dark brooding roles (if and when he decides to grace us with his presence😔) rather than a young bouncy guyish or comedeish kind of roles. His smile was cute and very contagious😃 the next time we saw him smile like that was only during the basti track at the end during that 'sirf do ghoont' waala scene...haiii😍

@ Red...MR in LS was awesome... but then he was younger also! Now having seen him play DSP in such a brilliant manner... for me personally it would be difficult to see him in lighter kind of roles. I would prefer him to play mature roles with lot of undercurrents and complexities. I am afraid that if he takes up a more 'youngish' ..a more breezier role..the iconic image of DSP will be slighted in my mind! So its basically my 'selfishness' that wants to see him tethered to DSP's image... Iknow MR wouldn't want to be typecasted...pann MR.. zaalimvati ko aisa jhatka mat dena...drowning in 'fermented grape juice' would be her only solace then
