dutta wants to share his inner worries and pain with nakku.. and nakku very well understands what he needs at that moment and rightly supports him with her wise words..was missing such scenes between them.. it reminded me of the scene [during sups time, after the mangalsutra scene],
he shares with nakku about how his hands are filled with the blood..then nakku listens to him quietly..but within her heart she wants to wash off the blood with her tears..but today she is actually sitting next to him, healing him with her words and her love..how far our dutta and nakku have come..๐Ÿ˜

Thanks BB for such a lovely update..๐Ÿ˜Š

Yes, it was kind of that parallel. I am glad you were able to connect it with that year old scene. ๐Ÿ˜Š
Thanks so much! ๐Ÿ˜Š

I want to do a paragraph by paragraph analysis of this episode, but I'm afraid that I might bore people ๐Ÿ˜ณ Nevertheless, I cannot keep myself from responding to another beautiful episode of LTL (as I waited hours for the update which almost caused me a physical sort of pain) ๐Ÿ˜›

Dutta's solitary moments have always been one of my favorites of his. When he's just kind of wandering/pacing on his own, musing, hands on his back - and especially that signature din-ta-din-ta theme of his has a powerful impact on me. So I really loved the opening scene as he went upstairs, the issue before him (the missing girls) distracting him a lot. Like Naku said, Dutta has always had immense respect for women. We have already seen, time and again, what he does to people who engage in women trafficking - so it's not a surprise that these missing girls are really troubling him. Dutta Bhau is known for having forbidden women trafficking in his dhanda. The fact that someone dared to break his rule on his land or anywhere near his land - well, it angers him, to put it mildly. This was all evident in episode 311.
In today's episode, I felt that we were shown the more emotional part of his thoughts regarding this issue as he speaks to Naku about it. And beautifully so.
First, I loved how he came in and just watched her fixing their bed. That was a sweet and totally Tasha-in-character moment. I also loved how Naku instantly went to him, and how he involuntarily opened his arms to embrace her. It's like a gravity thing with them. They're pulled toward each other.
Naku was really sweet in this episode. She was being herself fully. The listening and admiring and comforting Naku. I've always loved the way she looks at Dutta. Like he's the most amazing thing she's ever seen. Like he's unearthly beautiful and she cannot take her eyes off him. The way that she looked at him in today's episode just reminded me of the scene in the first jungle track when he had gotten her fruit and sat down on the ground next to her. She just kept staring at him and when he caught her, she just grinned like a big adorable idiot. I loved her so much for that.
It was a really beautiful moment between them in today's episode. The hand-holding, but not like a typical couple - this was a soothing gesture, a calming gesture from Naku to Dutta. It's like she always understands what he needs. Loved the words she spoke to him. Not too much, not too wise, not too heroic. They were just simple words, honest words that was all Naku. She knows that she can give him strength, that when he begins to doubt in himself - she can eliminate the doubt and strenghten him. More than that, I loved how she didn't get all sympathetic and "oh, you killed all those people and now you regret"-ish on him. She doesn't have much knowledge about his dhanda, but what she understands is what he needs. He needs to know that he isn't alone and that those girls gone missing isn't his fault. And that's what she tells him. She doesn't excuse his past, because it's there and it can't be excused. But he's on the right path now. He's trying to do something right and for that she'll stand with him.
Loved Dutta expressing his thoughts on what he has done. I've always wanted the CVs to explore this part of his mind some more. The part that, deep down, craves some kind of redemption for his doings. The part that registered Kala's words on him going to Hell to join his father.
Although I'm sure that Naku won't let that happen ๐Ÿ˜Š Bappa ke saath special connection hai na uska. She'll negotiate on his behalf ๐Ÿ˜†
Anyway, rounding it up. Another awesome episode that rocked my world. Can't wait for tomorrow's. The precap was mindblowing. Are people going to blame Dutta if he cannot find the girls fast enough? And once again - what is NS's deal in all this? I doubt that he's positive.
Thank you for updating and God bless. Keep it coming ๐Ÿ˜ณ

Elysia, Your post is just so warming! It indeed makes me so happy to know that you are able to run these visuals in your mind! ๐Ÿ˜Š
Yes they do have gravity! ๐Ÿ˜Š Lets try to retain the essence... Thank God that the characters will never be diluted in this "which-never-happened" story :)

Thanks for the episodes. :)

Just read episodes 311 and 312 back to back.

I really liked the part where Dutta was remembering Kala in yesterday's episode. The flashacks were interesting. I was waiting for such a scene actually ever since Dutta found out about Kala's ways. So much has happened in such a short time that even Dutta hasn't had a chance to really absorb it all. So I liked this moment of Dutta reflecting. And this is one incident that will always keep coming back to Dutta. He is going to be in that state of conflict with respect to Kala. That question of how/when Kala came to be like this. From a doting sister to an enemy. I would like to see more such moments sprinkled in where Dutta has Kala flashbacks and reminices certain moments of theirs in the past. And realizes how he has been interpreting Kala wrong all this time.

I also loved the line about Dutta wondering whether Kala was happy and alright wherever she was currently. I loved the fact that you included that concern. The fact that Dutta STILL has that concern somewhere for Kala. That conflict of she is after all family despite her maliciousness will always be there I feel. It's just one of those wounds that leaves a deep scar. So I would just really like to appreciate this scene being included. Thanks for that. :)

About today's episode, the line that REALLY struck out to me was this one:

"Na jaane kitni baar tu ne is kamre ki uljhano ko suljhane ki koshish ki hogi Naku. Par main, aaj pehli baar hi dekh raha hoon."

Ahh. SO GENIUS!! I just want to take a step back and just appreciate this bit full on!! What insight and brilliance! Such perceptive writing just bowls me over! SO many wonderful interpretations from this line!

It just connects so many things at once. Like for example Naku being a maid when she entered this house. So her 'job' that way involved cleaning out the house...fixing the bed and all. But in fact, she 'cleaned' out Dutta's soul instead. She healed him from within. I just loved this concept!! So many times Naku has been in this room...'fixed' the bedsheet...smoothed out the wrinkles. Such a brilliant metaphor for the way she has similarly soothed out the wrinkles in Dutta's life too. ๐Ÿ˜ And she has been doing this ever since she entered Dutta's life.

And to see Dutta just stand back and OBSERVE this now was SUCH a brilliant and heartwarming touch. I LOVE the fact that Dutta actually stands back and just OBSERVES Naku doing this...reflecting back to what an amazing influence she has been in his life. Just brilliant!! ๐Ÿ‘

Another touch I loved, was how Naku noticed that Dutta HELD the tears in his eyes, but wouldn't let them escape!! Man!!! It's these little AWESOME touches that make LTL so wonderful! The fact that Naku noticed this. She just reads Dutta so well! Like Dutta also said this to Naku once..."Tu kaisse itni asaani se mujhe pad leti hai". Even though he might try to hide it...you know hold back the tears...Naku can read him. ๐Ÿ˜

YAY for that little moment where Naku remembers her past! I was so excited there! I was actually hoping more would come out of that conversation. I was hoping that Dutta would question her about this since he knows nothing about her past!

I don't know if you do this on purpose..you know just give us these little hints to keep us expecting for more. But I am definitely expecting a conversation where Naku finally gets to share her past with Dutta. Dutta has gotten to share everything with Naku so I am just waiting for an opportunity where Naku gets to do the same. Dutta needs to know what Naku has been through before she met him!

Like others I am also hoping Morey is the one involved in this. ๐Ÿ˜›๐Ÿ˜† Would be an awesome way to bring things full circle from where the show first started. Anyways, let's see what happens. Looking forward to reading more. :)

Thanks again. :)

Oh and Khushi DUDE!! AWESOME montage!! LOVED the caps you used! ๐Ÿ˜ It so captures that "eternal" feeling of DN's story. Gives this essence of how much DN have been through and how far they've come at this point. At this point when they are finally together, content and at peace. ๐Ÿ˜ Loved the little touch of those two people walking too. Kind of shows the whole 'journey' aspect. The journey DN went through together. :)

Thanks SO much for making this Khushi! ๐Ÿค—๐Ÿค—

Nothing can ever taint the characters of LTL to me, not even the poor version of it that runs on the TV now. The thing is that the writers created such a fantastic set of characters and the actors did such a beautiful job at bringing their essence to life that each one of them are imprinted in my memory now. I know them inside out and so I'd never accept their poor copies or diluted versions.
In fact, I don't even have the slightest need to watch the poor thing they show on Colors.
To me, there was only one LTL and it still remains as strong as ever - through the posted words in this thread. It doesn't take me anything to visualize each scene, because more than the words - the mood, the sentiments, the spirit of the characters are present while I read. I'm a writer, too, and have a writer's heart. I know how it feels when a character is snatched from you, because the amount of hard work, the part of yourself that you put into writing the character, following his/her struggles every day, living his/her pain and happiness - it becomes a part of your life and you end up growing into your characters in a way that makes your relationship to them invaluable (and to a certain extent - a bit schizophenic ๐Ÿ˜›).
But this is what writers do. We put pen to paper and create worlds. When foreign elements invade these worlds and change them, it hurts. But because we created them, we're able to sustain the truth and separate it from the lie. It's inside our heads and no one can get in there and take it from us.
Sorry, got carried away. I've just been frustrated with the treatment that writers have been getting over the past several years (not just LTL writers) as I personally feel that the industry has absolute no respect or any amount appreciation for their hard work/love for their created stories. As a writer, you connect with your character and story-world. You want it to be treated with respect. That, however, seems to be too much to expect from a cold business world that thrives only on TRPs with no consideration for writers who (actually) are the force behind a show.
I pray that one day, all writers will decide to own their own story-worlds and not sell it to anyone - big channel or no - but demand that the channels show what the writers want to tell rather than the other way around. I pray that one day, the channels will turn to the writers and request them for permission to show their written works (on the writers' conditions).
I guess I'm gonna have to wait a long time for that day ๐Ÿ˜•

Thank you Bandbajao.

This episode just made me ever so more wistful. This is exactly why LTL is nurtured in so many hearts.
