I haven't watched the episode yet, but Shreya, I'm hanging on to every word you said. I swear. You just raised my expectations for today's episode by calling it "classic LTL", because it's what I have been missing for the past two months. The way that you've described the essence of the episode and conveyed how it connects so well with the essence of the characters and classical LTL - I'm just on cloud nine and so excited to watch the episode.
If you loved it, then it simply must've been great. I was becoming weary of all the shocks, twists, and drama - I was missing the scenes in which the focus were on the characters and their conversations, their emotions and thoughts. The development of them. I'm really looking forward to today's episode. Thank you for sharing your thoughts and feeding me rays of sunshine. It feels like it's been decades since I was last this excited to watch an LTL episode.

Now I know we all are expecting tommorow to be Tasha milan and class episode. But today after ages I REALLY loved the epi. Yes the maha epi was class apart and left us all intrigued. But to me LTL is not about shocking twists and turns but its about characters and how their conversations with themselves or God or each other take the characters to a higher level. The first time it happenned was during the pain convo when Naku tells Dutta 'Peene se dard nahin jaata' when we got an insight Dutta's vulnerability and Naku's strength. Today's Dutta-Seema convo again confirmed what we always knew about Dutta-his integrity and his honesty. We(or atleast I) were expecting Seema to get a shock of her life when she saw Dutta and Naku in each other's arms. But trust LTL to handle the situation maturely. Dutta told Seema what a private man like him felt she needed to know-nothing more, nothing less! I just loved his monosyllabic 'Haan's and 'Hmmm's.

But most importantly Dutta made it clear that he has mellowed down and forgiven Seema only because of Naku. I also feel this whole convo was very much needed before Tasha reunion so that Seema doesnt have the impression that she would have a chance if not for Naku's return to Dutta's life. Also I think it was great Dutta didnt refer to Naku as his wife but as a special person. Someone like him wouldnt care for any bonds except for the bond of love. This shows that Dutta's decision would be the same even if he wasnt married to Naku.

yep i agree...as much as i hate watching dutta-seema scenes, i watched this 1 jus 2 c hw he expresses his love for naku n makes it clear tht he cnt hav seema in his life... this convo was needed, n CVs cleared evry1s minds tht "dutta was leading her on" by mentioning tht the reason y he didnt tel was cos he tks time trusting ppl (naku as an exception tho--he seemed 2 trust her immediately after meeting her)
i also liked his hmmms n haans tht he gave, hes a private person, who isnt comfortable with talking abt his feelings 2 ne1 bt naku n baji.
m glad he cleared the fact tht he has sum1 in his life...altho he didnt say wife, m sure she mus hav figured tht he is married or something...
i loved naku's poetry.... reali nice... they truly r soul m8s sed the exact/similar poem...it was amazing
the peace n smile on D's face wen he was sayin abt naku 2 seema was priceless--m kinda glad he has been away from naku for a while, becos this distance made him realise naku's importance n worthiness wich he seemed 2 hav started to ignore after her FR...
the best dialogue for me was jagtap's 1 tht dutta repeated.. "washed the blood on my hands with her tears"---bought bk jagtap dada's memories yaar!! miss him... his soul wud b so happy 2 c his beti's akru becum such a sensible man..lol...this statement also marked the fact tht dutta has realised tht naku was, is n always b his tru love n as jagtap sed 2 him once, tht whom he considered his love wasnt his love n wen love cums b4 him he wnt b able 2 run away---it seems dutta has accepted tht, his tru love is naku!! cnt w8 for their reunion--m hpin its tomorrow, for naku is in tht place...jus gta w8 for dutta 2 reach der...n also kala hinted tht tomorrow she wil kil of dutta 2 AS, so m sure the attack wil happn 2mrw n during it or b4 it, tasha wil meet

Beautiful post Ksh..

The episode was indeed classy and I didn't feel it as a drag.. kala's scene were also necessary as to how she is having high hopes..that was needed before Tasha reunion..
and dutta and seema convo.. what to say.. LTL has always given us surprises.. it was known that there will come a moment where seema will know the truth.. either dutta telling her or she witnessing DN reunion.. but by today's convo, i can say that it was handled so beautifully.. very well balanced.. no over dramatic convo or the scenes.. very smooth bit still so strong and to the point.. dutta was totally in his character.. he just said how much he has to say.. very concise and effective words.. every word had that impact...

bold: i totally agree with you.. for him nakku will always be his nakku, a very special person in his life whom he loves the most.. so there was no need for him to say that she is his wife.. for him their special bonding is above all the relationships..

again i just loved the way this whole 'seema knowing the truth' thing was handled..
now all is clear and perfectly set [even kala getting ready .. to attack dutta..] for DN reunion..
and from now on, what will be the equation between nakku, dutta and seema..
well here too i am waiting for more surprises from the CVs...

Yess...todays' dutta-seema convo reinforced why LTL is a class apart in defining relationships....For once, it showed the man categorically stating to the woman abt her place/no place in his life and that too so beautifully, instead of the cliched track of the ex finding out accidentally and dramatically so that she feels used/misused..I am glad that the Cvs gave credence to Dutta's character..Though i agree that he didn't owe her any explanation, but to have grown this dependent on Seema and yet not clarify his stand was bothering me a bit.....I really loved the episode today, inspite of the reunion not happening...
I agree with yu abt the Fbs- they showed how he had blended the dark & fair Naku...but i've always wondered why they never showed the Cliff scene with dark Naku and the hospital scene with fair Naku. The others show how much Naku love Datta but these two show the length to which Naku can go for Datta..She can walk in death with him and also endure any physical pain - two very crucial FBs IMO....

@Ana: I hope the epi doesnt disappoint you now after I have built ur hopes. Looking forward to your views.

@Yuvika: The washed the blood off my hands with her tears was told by Jagtap and also by Naku first when Dutta told her of his torment. What a beautiful line!

@Roopa: "it was handled so beautifully.. very well balanced.. no over dramatic convo or the scenes.. very smooth bit still so strong and to the point.. dutta was totally in his character.. he just said how much he has to say.. very concise and effective words.. every word had that impact... " - exactly! I loved how they kept Dutta's inherent integrity intact. We always knew that Seema would make a pass at Dutta sooner or later. But I am glad he made his feelings clear despite being in a position where he needs her help.

Me too to some extent. And I was being petty by expecting the ex and the wife finding out abt one another dramatically. But Dutta did what a man of integrity should do without really shouting his love from the rooftops.
