Thanks to the painstaking initiative of our dear forum member Crystal (ccolaco) I'm here with my first ever write up for our new Character Analysis feature. Members will each choose a character for analysis per episode. Needless to say who I have chosen.You guessed it right''.Dutta. So everyday I'll analyse D & his actions/reactions in that particular episode.Here goes''.
Yesterday D finally took the first step in remedying the dire straits he has fallen into.Chacha & Chanda finally got it that D needs proper medical attention & not some R & R at a kotha with a nachnewaali for company. The likes of Chaskar get well that way. So its off to the achcha sa aankhon ka doctor as D requested of Chanda.Yes, it was a request & it pained D no end making such an appeal to a woman like Chanda. Yet, he did, to get better & be back to his beloved wife & family.It shows to what extent D is willing to go to for the sake of his loved ones.
It was so clear from the posture & body language of D how badly he wanted to be up & about on his feet.Like a man on a mission for whom time is running short. Strong emotions like hope & impatience, relief & anxiety were fighting to come to the fore.Hope & Relief because something was being done to put him on the road to recovery.Impatience & Anxiety because it couldn't be fast enough.Hats off once again to Mishal for display of such powerful & contrasting emotions in a five minutes scene.Truly a gifted actor.
Even as the doctor was giving out the grim news that it might be a 2% chance of regaining his eyesight, the wheels of D's mind were already churning to his next plan of action.Strangely it seemed he was confident of being one of the 2%.That's why after quickly making sure that his sight is back he made a show of looking about disoriented.There was nanosecond scene where he looks sideways at Chanda but avoids looking straight at her. It was a dead giveaway that his sight is back.Our fighter, our eternal soldier is back & is already preparing for the mother of all battles. The screen freezes for the day on the most beautiful eyes I've ever seen. DSP is back & how'''
Tomo will be the crucial second call after which Kala's elaborate yarn of deceit & lies will finally begin to unravel. I'll be back tomo with more of D & his further course of action.There was so much focus on D's eyes today I can't resist but to leave you with these lines which were humming in ears all through the last five minutes of the episode''.
