Want proof that LTL is Colors step child?. Then peek through this post and you will have it with full proof.

Special Episodes : The number of special episodes that aired for Balika vadhu, Uttaran and Naa aana iss desh lado when compared to LTL. Please see the chart below for the detailed analysis carried out by our team. For the year 2010, if Uttaran had 8 special episodes, LTL had only 3. Why is that ?. Didn't LTL deserve more special episodes?. There were many high points in the show and if needed the colors team could've utilized those opportunities to give us special episodes, but instead they chose not to.

Weekly Promos : We could collect data from last October for this analysis. Please have a look at the chart below for reference. If NAIDL got 27 promos LTL on the other hand is chosen to be less promoted, got only 14 promos from Oct to Dec 2010. Is it the case of "Oh this show doesn't need any promotion as its doing well already" or was it the other way round, "We don't care where this show lands, why promote?". These stats are shocking and we are tend to believe that the channel has no interest in promoting LTL. Its like a step child at its best. Is it?.

Epsiode Precaps:

LTL was a four day show up until 10th September. So for the comparison purpose we added the Friday precaps for LTL during those times for counting the precaps that month. Below is the chart and you can see from it that LTL was having good amount of Precaps until October when all of a sudden the number of precaps we got reduced considerably. Why is it that NADL , BV and Uttaran had almost all of their episodes with precaps and LTL didn't?. Can we take it as a Dont-Care behavior from the channel which costed us LTLians all those precaps?.

TAM Ratings : Even though LTL got step treatment in terms of promotion, It always made its way in TAM ratings and stood on par with other shows on the channel. See the below chart for reference.

Guys the above charts indeed prove that we are bang on. LTL isnt treated properly by Colors channel. Its time we show them the mirror and let them know that we arent blind or uneducated to not notice such discrepencies. LTLians should take this oppurtunity ,come together and voice out their opinions to the colors channel. There has been lot of hardwork involved to get these charts done by Sara,Mussy,Huma & Kavitha & Shishma . They had to spend days to collect this information for us. Please use this link, these charts and voice out your opinion on the injustice they are shoving upon the show and all of us.

Hope we win in getting LTL promoted more rigurously. The show deserves to be at the top slot and it wouldve made it to the top had the channel took some initiative in its promotion. The show is one of a kind but the "Realistic" and "Social Injustice" fighters at the channel , who beat the trumpet that they are here to show ppl the rustic truth hidden in India, are themselves so flawed. Three shows are treated on one level and our LTL is treated way below on a different level. This is injustice on its own and its time we fought back , grabbed our rights and got our show the dignity it deserves😊.

Awesome post Anu...This was needed...I cant tolerate Colors mistreating LTL anymore...

Numbers dont lie and its clear from these graphs that LTL is being treated as Color's step child...

I am very eager to hear what all the "professionals" at Colors have to say about this...maybe they are just not skilled enough to handle a gem of a show like LTL...

I agree with u guys Colors just don"t care about LTL .....We cannot tolerate this nonsense ..Enough is Enough....Its totally unfair for us a loyal viewers ...we deserve better then this.....

I want Colors to respond the unprofessionalism towards our Show....They Better have Reason for the attitude of there"s.....

Good work Anu, well not only the channel but I think the PH is also involved how much they want to show and how many spl episodes they want to do...their scheduling etc etc so they should also be in the loop I think...

Awesome analysis Anu,Sara,Mussy,Huma and Kavitha. The statistical charts and analysis very clearly and emphatically points towards the neglect of LTL.

I completely fail to understand WHAT or WHO is stopping the channel from realizing the true potential of a benchmark show ??

It makes absolute business sense to promote the show. Why is the channel not bothered about making more profit ???

May be the channel started out with a mission statement that includes 'coming up with shows that have a social-cause as a theme'. But tell me if you find a diamond in a gold mine would you not sell it???

Anyways,LTL has taught us to have faith,hope and that love triumphs all odds amongst others. Is that any lesser a social message to take home ???

Very nicely written Anu. Thanks Anu, Sara,Mussy,Huma & Kavitha. 🤗 hope the channel sees this and realizes the importance of LTL. I just don't understand why LTL is not treated equally like all their other shows? it's just annoying not to see any promos or sometimes no precaps.

Anu - I certainly have seen this for a while now. Will start putting some serious thoughts on paper to send to the aforementioned people. By the way, the TAM chart information is barely visible to be able to include this information in the email to the respective people. Aneesa
