I don't think he'll take Baaji's name...that would be outright foolish because Dutta himself knows how much Baaji cares for and defends Nakku, which he clearly saw in the bar scene.

What about Chaskar? He is there witnessing this tamasha kya? Suresh might blame him and it would work too.
