Dutta has seen extreme pain and betrayal in his life, and hence, he cherished every moment with Naku when he fell in love with her....Was just watching the 2nd sept episode...Her sitting beside him in the naariyal poornima, her sight, his win over baaji, her touch, everything mattered to him so much...He halted, savoured and cherished each moment with her then and it was then that it didnt matter to him, who was standing beside him, was the room full of ppl or not...nothing mattered....Noone could snatch those moments from him....Every second in which she was present, was precious to him then...As soon as he comes out of his hallway, his eyes search for her....A man who has seen one side of the coin, wants to not let go of the other side....Enjoy to the fullest because thats what he has been craving for...he feels his thirst quenched finally....and if that moment is snatched away from him,he has to shake from his roots...He just has to!!! He will come back because "Mulaa ki daud masjid tak"...He has to go back to his masjid!!!

Was telling Kavita too even during my sabattical from LTL, her and your post were something I cherished reading....

[DD] Oh I would definitely......As soon as I get my old eternal feeling back for this pair....I thought it had vanished but even today some old episodes like the 2nd sept one, can move me to bits, so, I amnot yet lost....but some threads here like Kavita's or yours or even Anu's are so autonomous and refreshing that I just stop by and take a peek!!! 😊😊

I agree, if God gives you suffering, it is because he knows you can bear it! And it is because he has something better in store for you. I understand why the others are getting frustrated...we've seen so much of negativity (in the form of Kala) in the last few months. It is time the LS started. But they forget that LTL is the same show which made us wait nine months before it even started the love story. The build up was slow, but hauntingly sweet. They first became friends, then Naku became his confidante and his counselor. It was so unhurried. While other shows were in a mad frenzy to get the lead pair to fall in love(irrespective of whether it made sense or not) LTL first took us deep into their hearts, their emotions till we could actually hear what they said even when they were silent. LTL has lost a lot of viewers, during the dragfests in May and Sept but I see many coming back now. For me, it doesn't matter how slow it goes. But the negativity has to stop now. I do not want to see Kala winning anymore. She's had her share of victories. Now i want to see love prevail. And deep in my heart, I know this has already started. Which is why, the optimist in me still has her head in the clouds.😊

[DD] You know Liz, I was also one of the few who wanted to rush the wagon....who wanted Morey to come in april-may time frame, kidnap Naku and Dutta comes as knight in the shining armour, rescues the damsel in distress, gets to see her real face and BANG....Kya karoon,coming from the Indian television beckground but I am so glad that LTL didnt follow the cliche' line, no matter how desperate I was to see their LS kick started....Dutta cherishes every moment of love with Naku, and similarly I cherish their every moment because I lived their journey of pain and anguish with them!!,....and thats why I enjoy every moment...I feel the pain that lives in parallel to their love...Its like when they have a loving moment, there is still pain underlying because they know how painstaking their jouney has been and they never forget the journey that brought them together....When Dutta proposes Naku, u could feel the contentment and bliss on his face, starked by the pain...and this combo of love and pain residing in parallel is what makes this LS so eternal...Its not hunky dory story....no moment of theirs is hunky dory - hold hands, jump and dance...naah!!...they always remember their cracks and then relish the love more and more....respect it for what it is....savour it to the maximum, kal ho na ho!!!

When people ask me why I love this show, I cannot explain. Because they will not understand. They do not see what you or I do. I guess we're special that way. 😊

[DD] True Liz...actually when ppl left LTL during the IPL phase and never came back...and someof them are my friends who ask me what do I see in LTL....And only thing I can say is, watch and then you would get your answer....Its eternal feel is what attracts me....love in its purest form!!!
